The yellow leaching into the resin actually looks awesome in my opinion.
I think so too, it makes look like its almost glowing a little in a sense
@@xX_Mentallyill_Xx or it looks like the weird radiation stink effect you get in parts of fallout 4
@@chalkietigger4650yeah like that one cabin with the ghoul doctor in it
@@chalkietigger4650 i dont actually play fallout so i have no idea what you're babbling about
agree
Could you make realistic Tom and Jerry?
Amazing idea!
AWESOME
I love that, with a wall between them with a mouse hole
Yeess!
You could also make Spike, Tom, and Jerry hitting each other. Always a classic.
The leeching actually does look good, like the chamber has been left sitting so long it's starting to fail. Whoever stumbles into that science room had best step lightly
FR
*"Pro Tip"* If you ever want to make a masterpiece but don't have the skills to do so, just squish the ever living snot out of a block of clay and you get a "one of a kind" Deathclaw!
Gotta start somewhere, why not just have fun in making something instead of trying to be perfect!
The yellow leaching out adds to it, I'd say. Like it's dead and slowly decomposing, it's not frozen in time.
Babs is gorgeous, darling. Her creepy science bath looks a little grungy though tbh. Really cool build as usual!
Rarity?? That you??
I think the bleeding off of the colors actually works!
Nice job!
It just works
This project turned out nice and smooth. A fallout vault boy with power armor or fat man make a nice diorama.
Why not both? Or all? "Giant" Vault Boy statue with a power armor wearing, Fat Man wielding survivor looking all heroic with one foot on a pile of dead Ghouls and Raiders? Or one foot on the back of a dead Deathclaw.
I thought of a suit if power armor then remembered how long the space marine took and he's got roughly 1/10 the finicky little details...
@northoftheborder that's half the fun of it!

Ah yay! Yet another cursed creation for us to enjoy!
Side note,
You have truly inspired me in my paintings Adam, my imagination is more cursed than ever before and I'm very happy with the resulting paintings.
👍
Yeah he brought me back into art and I've been much happier
My stress levels when you do resin are so high. Seeing you put this beautiful creation into a mould with “resin disaster” foreshadowing is so terrifying 😂
I love your channel and I'm from Poland. I'm kinda glad these acrylic sheets don't contain any polish 😂
Or any polish remover 🤔
Fallout has a special place in my heart so I was so stoked to see a deathclaw! It turned out amazing, as always! 🔥🔥🔥
Haha 111 likes
That melting color looks badass though, it works super well with the alien vat energy. You could take advantage of that effect in future builds!
Oh my fucking god
I’ve been a fallout fan my whole goddamn life and this, THIS is one of the COOLEST models I have ever seen, this thing is beautiful!
This is one of your best sculptures yet when it comes to the clay form you made. That is such a good anatomically relaxed gesture with a very impressive amount of detail and visual interest. It's like high end production figure quality.
Your ability do do something like this every week is astounding, just be careful not to overwork yourself.
The color leach actually looks cool, like her aura or something.
Gives of kind of an aura
I think it looks like it's old and disintegrating or a layer of skin has sort of flaked away.
@@steprockmedia I was thinking something similar. I've seen very old items in formaldehyde that had a similar subtle cloudy look around them as the objects start to dissolve in the liquid.
Things like the subtle pause at 2:24 is why I love your videos lol
It’s called the end of a sentence.
@@GranttheGreat_BOTTOM_TEXT I’m crying 😂
@@GranttheGreat_BOTTOM_TEXTthe pause is just slightly longer than normal, it’s not just the end of a sentence
Perhaps the end of an era...
It's like, ok what is gonna go wrong now? Kind of pause
The utter surprise when I saw that you sculpted a deathclaw made me so happy!!! Fallout is one of my favorite game series!!
All it took was 1 video and I’ve been hooked ever since. KEEP IT UP !!!!!
I love how you make everything without drawing it out 😮💨
THATS PURE TALENT !!!!
Imagine what an honor it would be to become a tiny nerdy thing
A horror, and yet an honor 😌
IDK, I was that in middle school and it sure didn't feel like an honor.
You could say Adam "killed it" with this deathclaw
Wrixchanger3985🔛🔝
Wasn’t Adam.
I would love to see a xenomorph or queen xenomorph sculpture. I think you could do some really cool lighting effects with the flamethrowers! Keep up the good work Adam👍
The yellow leaching in looks really cool with the backstory of the piece! Great work, Adam!
the yellow wash leeching into the resin looks way better in my opinion.. looks like radiation emitting from her skin. Deathclaws are usually found in the more radioactive areas of the world, so to me it's like the stars aligned for this build. 🔥
the discoloration is kinda cool
Me being a gen Alpha kid, I have nostalgia for Fallout 4 and Skyrim because my dad would play them. It's great that they're coming out with a new show, and your model looks terrific!
BABS? I love her so much!
Adam posting on my birthday was the best gift I could have asked for! Amazing work, as always. Can't wait for whatever nightmares come next!
im so proud of how far youve come throughout the years. ive been watching you since i was a kid and its been so amazing watching you make these projects ! you inspire me man
Your painting skills are seriously improving. I know this is more of a sculpting/comedy channel, but there's no discounting your paint job on Babs. Top shelf, old bean!
Yeeees! Fallout, particularly 4, is very special to me (pun not intended). I've been waiting for Adam to make a Fallout creation!
Deathclaws!!! Awesome!
Oh man, how much I wish you did some obscure Ben 10 aliens!
Oh ya, be super cool. My daughter is 19 now, but when she was about the ages of 6-10, Ben 10 was her thing, and green was the best colour ever. Be quite nostalgic 😌 for me, and I love to send her those videos 😅.
I eat egg
The yellow in the vat actually looks great, and makes it look more like it would in a fallout game, such as the vats in the FEV lab. Overall this is definitely a 10/10
The lack of Polish is a true tragedy
I see Adam is a Deathclaw enjoyer too 👌
I think a good idea is to do either something from ultrakill or pyro from tf2
(Both my favourite games)
I enjoy all of your videos and in my opinion your brilliant. I'm also glad to see that your making your sculptures as naturally as possible....I find 3D printing awesome. Yet alot of artists seem to be relying on them more often than not. I appreciate your work immensely and applaud your talent.
Very cool. You make sculpting look effortless.
Fallout is taking everything just as atom intended
This has to be one of your best works yet 😊
I just have to add on to what everyone else is saying: the wash bleeding into the resin actually looks really cool. I had such high stress at first but the finished project looks amazing, as always. Keep it up!
The discoloration /bleeding of the color works in this particular scenario if you ask me. Like Babs have been in that chamber so long the skin is slowly started to decompose because of the old, faulty tech not able to work any more and keep her stabilised.
Oh and that corner with the resin mark? Can't you fix it with some UV resin carefully poured into that crevice?
Sorry for any mistakes, not my first language, love your videos!
Looks like you wired the led's in series, for low voltage you should wire in parallel
An led generally runs on 2.5-3v, though some work on lower volts, i'd say yu were lucky to get yours to light, especially as you also had resistors in series
“Tampering may lead to loss of life” bro is more honest that my mom
the physical reaction i got from you sanding i love everything you make though you always do a fantastic job and really give confidence for a hobby that can initially seem super overwhelming
Awesome job!!! ❤️❤️❤️👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Glad to have you back!!!
I got a challenge, but obscure but in Darksiders 2, when you're hit by an ice enemy you get imbedded in big shards of ice, it's cool visually, maybe you can make a model based on that, it would be challenging to make Death and the ice look like ice too
Darksiders is such a cool series
@@AedanTheGrey it really is, I'm going for the platinum on 3 now
Adam is such a glutton for punishment doing even more resin projects 😅
this dude is my favorite clay person maker, cause of how accurate he is and how the clay figurines look so similar to the games and stuff they come from.
Love the rust! Looks rustier than real rust!
She's so pretty 🥺
looking forward to the Cazadores and doctor Borous, anything big MT related would be killer though
I keep saying it but you keep getting better at sculpting. Babs turned out so good and it was so much fun watching her come together. :)
I usually hate those imperfections, but your presentation makes me love it
Cool idea ima start watching
Soonest I've come to one of these. I have mixed feelings about both the upcoming show and what the journey of watching Adam's video will do to my psyche 😂
i have loved your channel for a loooong time and making a deathclaw has just made me love your channel even more. this is amazing. thank you.
Kick ass as always!!
Now, I have been thinking. Instead of resin for projects like this, how about using a transparent container and actual liquid inside? Not water, that is too runny and too leaky, but perhaps something thicker like a thicker mineral/parafin oil, or even thicker like clear corn syrup, so it is easier to make it leak proof. I suggest those two because they are cheap and easy to get, they don't really go bad (though you can always replace if shit happens), and their index of refraction is similar to that of fishing lines and acrylic iirc, so there is a good chance that whichever you use to support the model inside the liquid would become effectively invisible.
Then he needs to deal with dehydration as the container would need to be airtight. Glycerine might work as a liquid, but that might just create too many other issues to overcome.
@@MisterGames What other issues are uou think of, besides needing to either seal it or make it refillable, which are both not much of a challenge?
@@louisvictor3473 while making air tight and or needing to refill it are not deal breakers by themselves, they add extra maintenance to the thing. Sure, doing this for one or two is no biggie. But if you have to refill 15 or 20 of them, it begins to be an ongoing chore for what was a done and dusted project. Also, as photoowl time-lapse channel shows, sugar liquids always get mold on them.
@@MisterGames You're talking as if you have to refill it frequently, which you wouldn't, it is the backup plan. How often does a lava lamp needs refilling? How long until a sealed bottle of corn syrup or glycerene or alcohol gel, or mineral oil, etc visibly go down in level? Even a terrarium doesn't require its water refilled, and that is literally just plain water. That is why you seal it, so the slightly raised pressure created by any evaporation prevents furter evaporation, as well as ensuring the liquid stays in so that when it cools down and condescenses it just joins back up.
You also seem to be thinking of sugary liquids that are mostly water rather than the other way around, and kept in an improperly sealed container that allows too much fresh oxygen in. Molds are obligated aerobes, so a completely filled and sealed container would suffocate it, as well the absurdly high concentration of sugar that is too much for them to survive in. And of course, you could use a non sugary liquid like mineral oils, clear neutral liquid dish soap, etc.
hey adam! i absolutely love your channel! you’ve inspired me to make characters that you make!
Loved watching this with my Terry plushie!!
God, the deathclaw shape is just the Perfect Shape. You captured it so well lol, cheers!
please do more resin art 🙏
That last shot of your beautiful deathclaw floating with all the lights out, and only the brightest parts of its paint job visible, made me think of something that could be pretty sick. You could make a project similar to this one, but give the monster markings using fluorescent paint rather than normal paint. Then, you could light the chamber using a blacklight (or a blacklight under some kind of grating/panel with holes in it to only let some of the blacklight shine through.) In normal conditions, you would just see this eerie, dark sea monster/lab experiment floating in the water...but when you turn on the blacklights at the bottom (and/or top) of the tank, the creature suddenly lights up with exotic neon markings. There are some fish that look like neon in real life, so just imagine what a monster with neon patterning could look like! Hats off to you! This video is very inspiring!
Adam the sculpting is amazing on this, and it turned out awesome
I really hope you continue the terraria bosses! Absolutely loved that series.

Resin Projects are the Best projects
I feel like your sculpting skills improve each project, insane work again dude!
I’ve been subscribed to this channel for a while and I absolutely love your videos! Funny and super impressive, keep up the awesome work :)
You can use that color leeching effect for other things like radiation leaking into somewhere it shouldn't or algae build up on rocks underwater.
Oh phew, you're alive. I was really worried about you last week. Someone put their voice on your video
Oh your Hudsons favourite son
Wait, what? I didn't even notice!
Your transitions are so clean and satisfying. They honestly make me so happy.
Question: If you pour the resin halfway up, let it set, then pour the rest of the resin, will it create a visible seem?
I ask because if it doesn't create a seem, then you could do that, cut away the wire supports, and the bottom dried resin would hold the model up while the top resin cures. Then there would be no wires in the final model.
It could work yes but any inpuritues like dust particles even hair could cause it to have a seem
From what i've seen from other creators, its does create a little bit of a seam and might result in the resin having bubbles or other imperfections.
I thought that said _Deathstar_ and I was so confused
“To give her a bit more color and to really highlight those gaps, I’ll highlight those gaps with a bit more color” had me dying 😂
I love how he just gets into the video instead of blabbing about what he's going to do👍
hell yeah.

I like the crack in the resin cast, adds to the fact that babs could emerge at any second out of this ancient test facility. Definitely plays into the wear and tear very well.
I love how Adam's commentary is like trying to reach a word count on an essay lol, it's so amusing 😂
Could you please learn that you don't need to pour all the resin at once? You can half fill the mold with the model supported and then remove the supports when the bottom is cured.
watching this after 3 days of hiking and camping is cool
One day he'll have a perfect resin project that doesn't go away in any way, one day
I got my Terry-plushy in the mail today and I love it! Thank you so much!!!
You are my favourite clay artist. Love your work! ♥️
Babs is AMAZING, i'm always blown away by your talent! (based on the thumbnail I would have guessed it was a real Bethesta 3D print that you added resin to, but WOW!!!)
Adam! Your sculpting is amazing!
I absolutley love how it look's like, in the dark and when you can see all the details of the chamber!
Adam, your content is the reason i started modelling. Thanks fpr being great and keep up the great work👍👍
She looks sooooo cool in the dark! Love it
Beautiful imperfections make art more valuable. They add character, embrace it 💙
Very cool idea! That yellow doesn't look to bad for this diorama. And about fishing line - try to set those in vertical position next time [90' angle], should help 😉 Overally good job here 😁 I really like how it looks when lights are turned on!
It has been a while since you lastly made a tiny nerdy thing instead of a medium monstrous mess.
Nicely done, man :D
these are getting better and better
Adam is like Christmas, he makes us all feel warm and fuzzy inside.
i agree with the other comments, the leaching actually became a happy accident yielding an unintended satisfying effect. you may want to consider using strong wires made to look like those monitoring cords into the creature for when you make another floating creation instead of the nylon.
I wonder what a realistic looking Rugrats riding a not so realistic Reptar would look like!! Dude I love ur videos and art style!!!!!! It's just good enough!!!!!! Lol much love!!!
This looked great! But if I could give one suggestion I would recommend not forgetting to clear coat.
The fading in asmr is hilarious because it honestly feels like head scratches to me lol
