It's my first major commentary video for what feels like Ages. This is great!
Yeah, this one is essentially about the demon list and what's going to happen to it after Acheron's long reign but before the possibly equally long reign of Aternus because let's be real that's going to dominate the list for years once that gets verified. So, in this video, I cover cool upcoming top 1 levels such as The Apocalyptic trilogy, Vehemance, Silent Acropolis, flamewall, and more! Using the information we can find on these levels, I'm going to try to construct a future demon list!
Funnily enough, I feel like this video is sort of the spiritual successor to the Zoink Secret project video, except this video does it better, much better. I have learned from my mistakes in the previous video.

Acheron doesnt feel like it should be top 1, the list feels frozen in time because of that
@@azadanzans5359Tidal wave is def top 1 but hasn't been rated yet which feels weird for the list since it's very obviously harder than acheron. Avernus is also debatably harder than acheron but there aren't any victors so that is another hole as well.

Honestly, in my opinion i think the demonlist was at it's worst in 2021:
-they put SWI below Tartarus, which in reality could have ended it's reign much sooner as it's now above it
-Oblivion and Arcturus were left unrated until *after* Firework and Slaughterhouse were verified, and the former two were verified before them
-Hard Machine was rated before Oblivion and Arcturus, and had *one* chance to be the hardest level, as the former two were verified before it, but the demonlist just put it as *Zodiac* difficulty, when every top player said it's harder than Tartarus, except for the top 1 player, and that one was a hacker
-Firework could have been top 1 for 2 months rather than less than half a minute, but they just didn't bother to check for cheaters, and just threw Trick's effort out of the window
Frankly, I feel like RobTop has a Riot bias, since Crimson Planet didn't get rated to dethrone Bloodlust, Oblivion and Arcturus didn't get rated to dethrone Tartarus and Tidal Wave is left unrated and cannot place above Acheron yet.
Very true, not to mention the insanely wrong placement of Congregation which was below WOW (currently around 200) but is now above Bloodlust, Silent Club and just below Ragnarok, if correctly placed, it would have been a top 15
@@exiled_shadegd Also, the Yandere (extended list) was placed below the entire RGB (legacy list) when it was verified, when in reality it could've been top 4, also with Sigma being top 3.

Unnerfed Silent Clubstep is probably one of the only projects that people are getting runs on that could possibly dethrone Silent Acropolis at this stage

I don’t even know if Silent Clubstep unnerfed were ever to be beaten that it would be rated. Even with its history, i’m not sure if RobTop would rate levels that are literally impossible on specific refresh rates, even if no one will ever beat Silent Clubstep on 60hz, it would technically be impossible

It currently is physically impossible but Doggie will nerf it.
Im pretty sure Doggie said that he is going to nerf it to like T20 so its more accesible to everyone, but I am not sure. It would be great to see Grief at the Number 1 spot.

It's insane how much the Demonlist is going to potentially change while also 2.2 is finally releasing. Geometry Dash and its community really is in a chaotic situation right now, everyone is rushing to finish everything they have to do before the game is updated.

History repeats itself, Tartarus was top 1 for too long that there were many harder levels that were verified that Tartarus went down in the list very fast
And Acheron will be another one who will receive the same treatment as Tartarus

1:51 Maybe it's possible for zoink if he's willing enough to spend like 500-800k attempts. Remember that he's still nowhere near to his limit considering he took 50k attempts on tidal wave, which is really low for a level harder than acheron in my opinion

There’s another level that is currently on development called Ascension to heaven, it’s 5 minute long and it’s has really hard wave parts, I think that it can enter at the position of 9-6

They can’t place it correctly rn because no one wants to play that horrible level besides Diamond. He will be the one to determine the difficulty of the 2. (Diamond has 15-91 and 63%)

They underestimate Tidal Wave a lot, I think the only level with a chance of surpassing it in difficulty is Aeternus

Quick fact: the list demon Floating Outskirts was verified very recently (like earlier today I think) soooo let's see where that one's gonna be placed
as a die hard terraria calamity fan i am surprised i never knew about vehemence but now i am super hyped to see if it will get verified and if so where it will be placed when it does
Just for the record Injury layout was even buffed and KYWY seems to struggle with the buffs.

ok but the ILL putting into perspective how hard some of these levels are actually makes me realize that silent acropolis may not be dethroned for a while if it gets verified soon
even if aeternus is revealed I feel like it may be a close tie
Sadly 1 minus world is far harder than any level near verification because minus world is like if vsc was 50+ seconds long and tidal wave is harder than all levels mentioned except maybe silent acropolis.

I mostly missed those because as far as I know they don't have active progress or are still going through decoration.

The crazy thing is even something like Slaughterhouse is eventually going to fall of the main list. I know this seems far fetched, but if you think about it, it has happened many times before. Sonic wave used to be considered humanly impossible, but now its been pushed off the extended list, and on the same day as that, bloodlust got pushed off the main list. 2 levels which were both considered impossible are now way far down in the list of extreme demons. And cataclysm is also a level which everyone said was 100% humanly impossible to beat, and these days some people thing it should be demoted to insane demon. Its hard to imagine slaughterhouse at #76 on the list, but unless Geometry Dash dies out before then, its inevitable.

when i saw silent acropolis for the first time i was so happy that such an amazing looking level would be top 1
i would say vehemence is absolutely harder than all the other levels on this list; many top players agree that it's LEAGUES harder than tidal wave and some even call it humanly impossible on the version polterghast is currently playing. unsure how it compares to sd2, but i also want to point out that raevezz (the verifier or silent acropolis) has only called silent acropolis to be "most likely top one" compared to tidal wave, so i doubt its that hard compared to sd2 apt etc. i dont really know how hard apt is since trick has his own version of it but based on how he's progressing on it, i highly doubt its harder than vehemence.
the sad thing about this is, some of those would probably not get rated at all, like tidal wave, which could've been top 1 for close to 2 months already but due to recent events looks like it's not getting rated ever

Here are 8 levels that i personnally think should have been mentionned ( They're not gonna be in order in terms of difficulty so calm down ! )
1 : TON618 ( This one has been redesigned and also been made possible , it's just not fully decorated yet . )
2 : Shiryou ( An 8 minutes long level with Orochi style gameplay . )
3 : WoodKid ( A very promissing Extreme Demon that has just been forgotten )
4 : Phoenix A ( An apparently harder version of TON618 )
5 : Silent Circles ( If either someone manages to jitterclick that fast and precisely enough to pass those wave parts or it gets redesigned/nerfed a bit )
6 : KHORNE ( If somebody manages to actually play it on their PC , especially if it's the original version with 1.5 million objects in it . )
7 : Black Flag ( A pirate themed level not many have heard about . )
8 : The Empress ( Basically an effect layout level that actually works very well . )
Sidenote : None of these levels have been yet verified . Not that i know of ...
Silent acropolis was actually nerfed/balanced to make the gameplay bearable

How do I ascess the ILL? Im having trouble doing it. Also- it's scary thinking Acheron isn't top 1 anymore. (I mean, sure Tidal Wave hasn't been rated yet, but it's still technically not top 1 anymore)

As someone who has played through vehemence in practice mode, I can confirm it’s harder the. TaT. The frame perfects are crazy, The heart orb section is confusion, The brimstone blasts are weirdly predictable and unpredictable, the frame perfects are crazy, there’s 18 and 52 percent, the list goes on.
How would a top one look like in a few years? 🤔

It will be varied and will not be correctly placed (most likely) when it inevitably gets verified. As they both have their massive differences in speed, gameplay, and length. I doubt that silent acropolis is harder than Tidal Wave personally, but my hardest is Windy Landscape and I more or less research and study gameplay so I am most likely wrong
