They’re coming on a free and probably not on huge wages. Two players with a good amount of experience. It will allow us to spend heavily in positions such as Goalkeeper, Right winger, Striker and hopefully a top class central midfielder to potentially replace Bruno in the coming future. I really hope he stays but we all know in our hearts Bruno will eventually leave us.

EPL has become a world sport - akin to the NBA. There is still a huge sentiment amongst locals especiallly, that anything not at home or part of euro is a piss take. It's really frustrating as someone whos been following newcastle for 20 years over the other side of the world, watching games at 2am on a work night - now having to hear the moaning of entitled english fans constantly. Need to get those heads out of the sand. These tours are massive for those fans over there. Massive. Its all we get. But a taste of what you lot experience as everyday life.
Additionally I'd never feel bad for these players. I mean get a grip. 150k plus a week. First class flights - bests hotels. Play their hobby for a job. Get out of here. They are employed full time. They don't stop getting paid because week 38 finishes. Their job doesnt end in the off season.

Too horrible signings injury proned players who play for mid table teams who are swapping bournemouth's and fulham's bench for ours. Getting one fair enough but two no.
I know we need squad depth but we need to improve our starting XI defenders aswell ie a partner for Botman like Nice French cb Jean-Clair Todibo

We should've signed Raphael Guerriero and Marcus Thuram for free last summer. Instead, Howe's waste's £169m on average British players and a gambler. Howe also spent £35m on Jordan Ibe and Tyrone Mings and got Bournemouth relegated. The bloke is awful in the transfer market. We need quality players from overseas like Murillo from Forest.
