- Chile, the people is mad because Publix Supermarket says that y'all can no longer bring y'all nasty a&& dogs inside of their grocery stores. Only services dogs are allowed and recognized under the ADA. Emotional support dogs not allowed. This means, if your a&& is not blind or prone to seizures, y9ou cannot bring your dog into the grocery store. GOOD!!
White Fish done lied and got the whole world mad with Sandra Bullock, and ole Sandy ain't even did nothing. Michael Oher, the subject of the award winning film, 'The Blindside', has spilled the beans. Oher says Sean and Leigh Anne Tuohy never adopted him. Instead, they conned him into signing conservatorship papers which allowed them to make legal and financial decisions on his behalf. Oher is claiming that he hasn't seen a dime of the money that was made off of his story.

Dog owners/ lovers need to understand that everyone doesn't like dogs. Some people are terrified no matter the size.
They really don't understand that! Working at a hotel ppl really make excuses like "he's friendly" or because the dog is little that's a pass for not having them on a leash...igad if my coworker pets your dog..im not and gimme 20 feet!

I have heard of a few people who lied about the "service" part and got around the "no pet allowed" to get apartments. Dog is not even trained and causes more problems with barking and jump trying to bite people.
You have to be diagnosed with something to have a service or Esa animal. It also has to be authorized by a licensed physician. Esa animals don't have to be trained like service animals do. Even though I've heard of people faking it most places check to make sure it's legit.

I need every other establishment to follow suit. I’m tired of going to restaurants, retail stores and everything in between seeing dogs everywhere. There is no reason that I should see people toting they bulldog, pitbull &
Poodles in grocery carts. This shit is disgusting and has got out of control. Just nasty and so inconsiderate of people around them.
I once went to a women's empowerment event and a lady had a big emotional support dog that she was letting roam. I don't do animals but can tolerate small animals that don't infringe upon my personal space. I had so much anxiety sitting at the table with her. Why does my emotional well-being have to be disrupted so that yours can be supported? I try not to be insensitive but I be thinking, "Just stay at home".
My guess is that she just didn't have anyone to care for the dog and was too cheap to board it, while she attended the event. Totally inconsiderate of others!

I agree, I need every public place to follow suit. I am not an animal person, I'm allergic to dogs, and I don't want to share a space with them. I work in a bank, and I HATE when people come in there with dogs of all sizes. They shake and lick stuff and bark. The dogs are sat in the shopping carts, paws on the handles. It's like a jungle. Emotional support dogs need to support you at home.

I remember being at the movies and this couple brought they big ssa dog and he smelled. They even had the nerve to sit at the very top. The theater was packed…that’s just entitlement. Another time I was shopping at Old Navy, turned the corner & a large golden retriever coming towards me. I almost had a panic attack. I’m highly allergic to dogs and cats and it’s just so inconsiderate to bring them in any old space.
To me any place that serve food should not allow pets unless they are legitimate service dogs.

I literally love to see signs posted at some restaurants and grocery stores stating” no dogs allowed.” I’m tired of turning back around in the grocery aisle because a huge German shepherd is coming down the aisle. Or sitting down in a nice restaurant having a meal when here comes a couple with their dog sniffing me and barking while I’m trying to enjoy my meal. Publix was getting ridiculous allowing this. So proud of Publix! This should spread to every public enclosed space. If Service Dogs are the exception they need to be wearing a vest, within a certain weight limit and have official paperwork to prove their seevice. Otherwise, not allowed. Many people have allergies and fears of animals. Public spaces have a responsibility to consider everyone.
They need to leave Sandra Bullock alone. She is mourning the loss of her husband and here this mess go.

I stand with Publix. I went to the grocery store the other day. Lady had the dog in the shopping cart. The dog was frockling around the cart having a grand ole time.
Now how many people after her put their food items in that same shopping cart and then went home and stuck those items directly in their refrigerator, freezer and cupboards after the dog done walked and sat its happy azz in the shopping cart.

I’m so glad you made this video because I have had enough. I have seen folks bring they pets in two different restaurants. I called corporate and even posted pictures nothing happened. I witnessed a couple bring a damn pittbull to fireworks. That dog was pulling him and they couldn’t stay. The event clearly mentioned no pets and saw so many.

I was in a publix at the deli counter and this lady had a whole WHIPPET in the store. The dog was anxious (first clue it wasn't a service dog) and pulling on the leash. She was getting her order and her very big dog squatted to poop right in the middle of the deli section. She knew what was happening and pretended not to see it and was TRYING TO LEAVE WITHOUT PICKING IT UP!!!

I’m a store manager at an Ashley Furniture and I absolutely HATE when customers bring their dogs into the store. One customer had her dog on our sofas and left fleas. 😑

As an ex-Publix worker in multiple departments but mainly CS… it was more problems caused by dogs in the store than not. Mainly the ES dogs. They put them in the carrier like a baby and people get so maddd. I love dogs but… bruh.
I hate seeing dogs in the child seat part of a cart, then a baby or toddler is placed in it. Ugh!
My partner lets our puppy on public benches and I get so annoyed with her. Like, I know there are people side-eyeing us. Its was cute when she was very tiny but not pass 6/8months. I also know I personally don't like sitting on public benches because of how dirty they are, so her letting our dog with dirty feet on the bench, I find that disgusting. I don't even like our dog on our couch with outdoor feet any time of the year, so we have dog wipes. But my partner thinks now it's summer, she doesn't have to wipe this dogs nasty ass feet as much, when I've seen her pee on her own feet and step on gross shit outside.
So ya, I as a dog owner, can see how others might find a dog in a babies spot disgusting or in a grocery store. Thankfully in Canada we don't allow dogs that aren't service dogs into malls/grocery store/most restaurants etc. even some cafes.
Sad part is, his "Adopted parents" were affluent already. They own multiple fast food restaurants.

I recently was in the grocery store and they were discussing how next time they’re bringing their dogs to the grocery store next time! I have seen snakes, squirrels, cats, birds etc. too in malls, restaurants, grocery stores and I just think it’s not safe or sanitary. We all know not everyone keeps their pets sanitary or shots kept up.

I had a roommate have a doctor friend of his sign a form so he could bring a dog he bought in Barcelona on the plane back to the US as an emotional support animal rather than pay the fee to check the dog with the luggage or wherever they store them. I’m pretty sure a doctor can lose their license for faking something like that. Unfortunately, plenty of people have fake emotional support animals.
I was in Publix yesterday and I saw the manager put up the sign and I was like, “it’s about time”. We were at Carolina Watershed one evening, and the young ladies dog wasn’t trained at all, and he kept trying to come over to our table to sniff around. A true support animal (dog), (with the red “jacket”) would NEVER!
And that’s my thing!!! They let the dogs roam all over and act like it’s cute. 🙄

About time is right! Putting your groceries in shopping cart that a dog was just in is so unsanitary. How they got away with this for so long amazes me. All supermarkets, target, Walmart, etc should all follow.
I was just in Kroger and in walks these two huge pit bulls pulling a couple (owners) that couldn’t control them. I mean literally dragging them. I politely left my basket there and headed for the door. I will not injured or uncomfortable while I spend my money.
I'm happy to hear that Publix is trying to do something about people bringing dogs in the stores, however I still thinking that people will find a way around it. They'll find a way to make their dog a service dog when they know good and damn well they don't need it.
There wouldn't be a story with out him! He deserves the money.
I will give Publix more of my support over this decision.
You're right Funky! I was in Starbucks several months ago and while a man was holding his poodle as he waited for his drink at the counter, the poodle threw up all over the counter! The man grabbed a couple of those cheap napkins and began wiping the up the dogs vomit but was doing more spreading it around than actually getting it up and before he could even finish, the dog vomited again! I made sure to have my drink given to me in my hand as I didn't want it placed on the counter. I gave the man the stink face before leaving.

The thing that bothers me the most is that there’s people that have poorly trained dogs down to the grocery store everywhere else. If your dog cannot control itself and bark every time someone walks by do not take a shopping. If your dog pees and poops uncontrollably in stores which I’ve seen and is disgusting, leave them home!

I remember when I was in Dunkin Donuts and this girl brought her dog inside. No one said anything. A police came in and told her to get out. She was so offended. What made it even funnier was the cop was white and she was white, so she was doubled baffled. He wasn't even nice about. I was dying laughing.
And when I was in a restaurant this lady was feeding her dog under the table. My date and I left, because baby I am not at a kennel.

I'll spare you the details of when I have had "rendezvous 🛏️" & the other person expressed no qualms about having their 🐶 watch 👀 or even try to jump ON the 🛏️ with us while we was about to get it on. Needless to say, the only thing that kept them company THAT night was their 🐶 & their blue 🔵 balls 🍒 😑💅🏾. Cuz I AIN'T👎🏾 DOWN with bestiality ❌ 🐶🧑🏻🤝🧑🏼🍆💦🍑 😤!!

FINALLY!!! Hope more stores do the same in New York! I am so sick and tired of folks pushing their animals on me. I don't like dogs, why do i have to put up with someone and their dog. They don't even pick up their poop anymore. I have started to report folks with dogs when I am in stores, etc.

I once worked in Saks and a woman put her furry little rat of a dog on the counter where people place their clothing, 👀and then wanted to speak to a manager because I asked her to either put it in her arms or on the floor. Mind you this was 1997 I was 17 service dogs was not a thing, I was appalled so much so, I’m still talking about it 25 years later 😂 plot twist: she was my color and no I was not fired.

The conservatorship was nefarious because the family told him that he was being adopted. He recently found out that the documentation that he signed as a kid was actually a conservatorship.

In certain states, adults can be legally adopted (legal purposes ie inheritance)TN in which they reside is one of them.
