What about when your pain has gotten worse over 2 years and now barely able to walk. Constant popping and clicking and throbbing pain. And in search of answers learn you do have a lanral tear and FAI. You keep going doing the stretches and exercises to strengthen and only get worse? Now surgery is recommended - arthroscopic
Is that all in my head? All of the pain keeping me up at night and limiting my ability to raise my leg and walk?

so is synovial fluid made of collagen? And in 2-3 weeks this will start filling my hip joint again.? Also I used to ice my painful joint and leg where the pain radiated. I have changed to heat pads. 20 minutes on the joint and 10 off and repeat once. In your experience does this bring circulation to the joint area for better blood flow? thank you

Synovial fluid helps lubricate the joints. More movement helps increase the flow of synovial fluid so this routine can promote that, yes.

Beware, he's a scammer. I bought his book and emailed him. I checked my junk email box for four days and still no book. he never sent it.
