    I have the exact same pain pattern you described in an Upright Health video you were featured in. Your 7 day exercise program has helped me a lot. I'm waiting for the results of an X-ray right now. I'm going to check out your e-book and see a physical therapist.

      Bone broth with turmeric can help. You want to try to build the muscle around the joints to take the burden off. And for the autoimmune, focus on rebuilding your gut microbiome.
