    Watched probably 500 videos on youtube and read a shelf full of books to get rid of the groin pain which is bothering me for three years now. This is just summing everything up and making the most sense. Thank you.

    This video made me cancel my doc appointment scheduled for tomorrow 🤣 after just two days of trying to strengthen my sleeping glutes, my hip feels so much better. I actually slept last night because of this guy.

    Thank you. I’m a 59 year old ex figure skater with right hip pain. I have no intention of getting surgery. I work on it daily, but I now think I have been too focussed on it. Stretching and rolling the heck out of itIt is getting better, but such slow progress. Your video has made me realise that I need to work on my
    whole body, not just one small part. THANK YOU again.

    Tip #2 is so very true! I had terrible experiences with surgeons who were so quick to recommend surgery on my so-called hip labral tear. Luckily I found you and your videos were so very helpful. I found a personal trainer who is helping me get back functional movement in my whole body. You taught me not to be hyper focused on the pain and the clicking. Thank you for opening my eyes (and my mind) and helping me move forward.

      So glad to hear my videos helped you! And getting a personal trainer that understands how to bring function back to the WHOLE body is huge. Hope she or he helps you reach your goals!

    can hip labral tears cause foot discomfort/numbness? I'm pretty sure I have a tear but my symptoms are as bad in the foot as in the hip.

    Tip #2 really hits home for me. I was dealing with shoulder pain for years from a lifting accident and was at the point where overhead press and dips would cause terrible pain and weakness the next day. Turns out my thoracic mobility was awful and my lats weren't firing to stabilize my shoulder through the movement. With corrective exercise sometimes you need to zoom out to get the whole picture.

      Epiphanies like that is what makes this movement journey thing so exciting. Hope you keep learning more about your body!

    Do you have any tips for over pronation of my feet? I havr just had a FAI surgery and labrum repair. Massively regret it but cant go back. I cant sit with straight legs because something is really tight. My feet over pronate so i have insoles (been like this since a child) my body is pulled forward by large breasts and i have an anterior tilt. I also have rubbish core muscles

    I suspect that if your muscles aren't holding the hip joint in the correct position, it will continue to rub against the cartilage. How then is the cartilage going heal?

    My hips used to not hurt. Now they do. One more than the other. Sometimes you need medical/surgical intervention to get better. Not everything can be fixed without it.

    Hey I am so excited after this video about how to look at this differently. But could you please tell if would be able to heal my labrul tear and get back to fight in competition as I am a national level fighter and I need to getbackto fight shape as soon as this heals. Please help me out.

      @MaksReznik  Před 6 měsíci

      If you’re trying to “heal” the hip labral tear then you’re still looking at the problem the wrong way. Pain is the problem, not the labral tear. Can you improve how your body feels through movement and mindset? Absolutely!

    Hey there. Any chance that a labral tear turn into a pelvic floor dysfunction?

    • @MaksReznik

      Hey! As I mention in the video, I don’t recommend getting too identified with the labral tear diagnosis. But I’m not as familiar with pelvic floor dysfunction.
