I believe it's not about nerfing what is good, it's about making an agent that can directly put that agent in danger, like if you are that agent you want to be careful of it on the opposing team.
I agree. Whilst not an amazing example, fade was a good counter to chamber back in the chamber meta it was also why fade was picked a lot. As the chamber meta ended, fade pick rate also dropped.

valorant shouldbe updating patch AFTER an EVENT,so that previous team that playing at some event dont get far behind from other that DIDNT QUALIFY, it shouldve a given as punishment since they didnt make an event, also rather than have 5 month off season , its better to save 2-3 week off after master, also riot, u guys need to make another event , imagine paying team million of dollars so that 75% of them doin nothing a whole year, make a minor tournament for the team that didnt qualify for master, and give them champs point for winning it.

I would assume the particle effects "react" to the wall textures and kind of reveal a layer behind them. I'm not qualified and talking out of my ass, but that's how I make sense of it

A lot of other skins as well (Spectrum being a notable example) change how character textures look with various effects (outlines, material changes, etc) and it's not impossible that applying one of those traits ended up having unintended consequences. This also makes me wonder if this exists in other skins and people just haven't noticed because those effects are generally relegated to Finishers.

cypher and viper singlehandedly could hold both a site and mid, buffing other sentinels would means making the entire sentinel class capable of such defense capabilities, the problem lies in entertainement : where games is about control and patience (aka : boring to view or even boring to play)
