The problem with Keto-
Nothing really. It's just that the only thing that matters is that you're in a calorie deficit. None of this "ketosis" stuff. BTW carbs refuel your mussels. You can still lose weight with Keto, but just saying.
Intermittent fasting-
I have a problem with this in particular because I used to do it. Like Keto, you can still lose weight, but it's just not as easy as simply eating on a calorie deficit. And all that stuff about how fasting for more than 20 hours will burn extra fat... that's bull. You can quote whatever study you want, but it simply does not make sense when you properly think about it. In addition, many health and fitness studies are based on correlation. To put them in a nutshell... *100% of people who drink water die, so we should stop drinking water*. Also, with such a difficult crash diet, you can only last so long before binging and many people just eat too many calories in one meal anyways. Also fasted cardio doesn't burn fat more, you just are running hungry, and will feel even less energetic. As a result, you try less and burn less calories.
The best way to lose fat is simply to replace your favorite foods with less calorie dense foods. That way, you can eat more, feel full, and lose the weight. An example would be Orville popcorn, which you can eat a huge bowl of for only like 200 calories.

Someone else probably already pointed this out but I think I figured out what the deal is with those dark side wild cards and why sometimes you draw two additional cards. If you don't challenge the wild, you just draw until you get the selected color. If you challenge and you're wrong, you draw until you get the selected color and then you draw two more cards on top of that.
