I was listening to early podcasters and tubers. IMO, its something like 70% great personality + the rest being solid content, to stay relevant and build a business. I don't even care much for 50cal anything, but I want to check in here to see what WTW is up to!
unfortunately for now I live in upstate N.Y where everything is illegal. Moving down south soon to south east Tennessee/ northern Georgia soon, it is like another country down there
Nice air rifles. I used to shoot air guns a lot when I was younger and recently during the ammo shortage of 20-21 I've gotten back into it. It's been fun seeing how they've advanced so much during the last 25 years. Though I would love to try one out, I don't have any of the 50 cal PCP rifles as the entrance price is pretty high. The biggest cal in my collection is a Hatsan .30 break barrel rifle. Once I replaced the crappy baffle in the suppressor with a higher quality one, I've been able to get 48gr pellets to almost 600fps. It's a lot of fun to shoot when moneys low or I don't want a lot of noise.
@@WHOTEEWHO another tip, if you get a 2l bottle, that has a supérate fill port. And fill both gun, and bottle to 4500, leaving the little bottle tethered. I get about 20 shots with the same FPS. It’s an extra 5lb but well worth it ✌️
Airguns are definitely on my list now. I picked up a break barrel .22cal during the ammo crisis just to have something to shoot that I could find and afford. Now I'm looking to get something a bit bigger. Thanks for the great content.
I do enjoy the pneumatic bing bang content, but do not own one. I am interested, but the price of the bing bang and compressor is high enough to easily get a standard bing bang and pretty good optic. WTW, do you think the entry cost of the pneumatics are worth it for the every day guy, given the fantastic budget options on traditional bing bangs and optics?
My personal opinion... When ammo shortages hit, air rifles still have plenty, which goes without saying, the cost of ammo is a LOT cheaper. There's not a lot that can go wrong with the air rifles, as they're just O-rings, a few screws and a couple pipes. Obviously theres more to it than that, but they aren't too hard to work on after you figure them out, plus they have pretty good warranties on most of the reputable ones. They are super accurate and have a hell of a knockdown. You should watch some videos on them. There are a ton of hunting videos with them, one from S. Africa where he hunts monkeys with them, his channel is Air-Hunter Gerhard. Definitely worth watching and making an informed decision. I think you'll be surprised just how advanced air rifles are now days.
It'd be cool to catch the Hammer one. It might have expanded more since it was faster!🇺🇲✝️🇺🇲 Isaiah 53:6 All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.
Quick question. I’ve seen you group with a suppressor. Why does my suppressor open my group up by a couple inches? The manufacturer told me that the standard was 4 to 5 inches so I was lucky for it to be around 2 inches.
I tried .510 texoma 210 grn @ 1075-1080 FPS. Great slugs, Mr.Hollopt, and ProSlugs are my fav for my Hammer. ProSlugs got some nice boatails if you really want to stretch the hammer.
I have the hammer and my friend has the dragon the hammer uses more air pressure per shot so the tank has less pressure in the tank so if you don’t top it off you will have less pressure in the hammer tank after the first shot than the dragon bought are great guns!! Have a great day!!
I asked fish and game about it several years ago because it wasn't in the book they told me no. Since then they put information in the book about it and we still can't. I thought it would be a fun hunt though.
Happened to me in Florida. Asked FWC a question via email after poring through the statutes. They answered me with a rule they made up on the fly, then added it to the regs in time for publication in the printed manual.
Very impressed with both, was not expecting that at all. The Seneca has added bonus of different ammo but the umarex is similar to bullpup design with longer barrel advantage. Both will definitely get the job done but I would prefer the Seneca. I believe Pennsylvania just passed the law to allow big game airgun hunting, can't wait!
How come you don’t do a 2 for one thing , meaning shoot through the chro and hit the jugs with one slug , unless you’ve got plenty of 50 cal slugs .. I know they can’t be cheap .
Good job man I watch lot of air gun videos and I don't think anyone has done video like this keep up the good work
Thanks for watching!
Big fan of the down-to-earth, homegrown videos. Keep it up WTW! 👍🏻
🙏🙏🙏

Hey everybody this is going to be a really fun video !!! 😅🤣
The rifling looks like the micro-groove in Marlin 22 rifles
unfortunately for now I live in upstate N.Y where everything is illegal. Moving down south soon to south east Tennessee/ northern Georgia soon, it is like another country down there
I like the dragon claw. Really dig the wood furniture.
It is a lot of fun
Not to mention the arrow option.
I have a hammer and love it.
Awesome
Hammer time
🔨🔨🔨
Hammer
Powerful slugs great content
The power comparison videos are awesome. It will be vary hard for a noob like me to choose one of these but I'll probably go for the dragon claw.
Now you should do the hammer vs a 50 cal muzzel loader. That would be a really fun video
This is the exact video.I've been waiting for
Thanks for watching!

That's fun stuff! 😁 😊
I like the Dragon claw. It's more of a traditional rifle with wood stock. It's just my old school mindset.
I know little about guns and less about air rifles but that test deserves a redo.
Very impressive dude I like the dragon claw the best you can slinging lead or bolts with one boolot slinger love you green T dude
Thanks for watching!
I'm guessing around 5 for the Dragon Claw, and 3 for the Hammer. Mainly because I think the Hammer is more likely to have good expansion.
Ohhh! Good one! This should be cool. 👍👍
Come a long way since red rider ol buddy them air guns you have ain’t no joke 👍👍
That power difference was impressive, the Dragon Claw put out 271 foot pounds of energy. The Hammer put out 670 foot pounds of energy. Pretty cool.
Da HAMMER SWEET, nice AIR…
Dragon Claw, I miss that little bastard. 😭
If you were to find that slug you would see it’s doubled in size. I shot my hammer at the pool. 😂
Awesome

The hammer is the best looking one to me… thanks buddy…
Great video man!! Get a wyoming deer tag and let's go!
Wish they were easier to get 🤣

Awesome. Thanks for watching!
Yah I did the same thing! Then I bought an Air Venturi avenger 25 (great air rifle) and now I own a FX maverick.. its a bad habit lol
Love the videos. Please lower your mic to avoid all the excess breathing noises.
You should do the “backfire challenge”. I know it’d probably be hard to find the distance in TN or atleast it would be here in north east Tn.
Those are both some bad ass toys... 271FPE for the dragon claw and 624FPE for the Hammer. Very nice.
Great comparison WTW 👍
Thanks.
For watching!
Hammer , but either one looks bear wothey .
Both pretty potent slingers !
Seems like the Dragon Claw ballistics are similar to .45 acp. Maybe try a comparison between them...🤔.

Way more power from the hammer
Love air power.
💪💪
Aiwaa 🤩😘💕👍👍
I would love to have the Hammer! How much does it cost?
They both pack a big punch. Kapow!
💪💪
Got to go with the D C .
You are so tall those rifles look like toys 😂
It'd be cool to catch the Hammer one. It might have expanded more since it was faster!🇺🇲✝️🇺🇲

Are you talking about airguns, centerfire, or rimfire?
❤Hammer for me ,looks cooler and ya can change bottles and two shots strait up.
I’ve had a Sam Yang Dragon Claw for over 10 years
The Hammer is my choice.
COOL BEANS

is 50cal ammo a good hedge to Stagflation? Yes, I agree..
Think the hammer 🔨
🔨🔨🔨
Aea 50cal or the 50 cal hammer
How do these stack up against say a .45 caliber Big Texan?
Tacoma precision pellets makes a couple rounds specifically for the hammer, I picked up 100 but haven’t tried them yet
I tried .510 texoma 210 grn @ 1075-1080 FPS. Great slugs, Mr.Hollopt, and ProSlugs are my fav for my Hammer. ProSlugs got some nice boatails if you really want to stretch the hammer.
I like the umerex better, but both are very powerful for air guns
Who tee who
You should do a 3 way comparison including your 500 Jeffries boom boom !!
Shocked to see WHO_TEE_WHO wearing Crocs with socks as I sit here wearing Crocs with socks.!
Every day
I like the hammer 👍
🔨🔨🔨
👍👍🇺🇸
👍👍
If they are both.50 cal.,are the round interchangeable?
No. Slightly different diameter in these two
Looking at getting the umarex gauntlet 30.
Very cool
I think the dragon claw will be the winner. But the hammer is awesome also.
🐲💪💪
I have the hammer and my friend has the dragon the hammer uses more air pressure per shot so the tank has less pressure in the tank so if you don’t top it off you will have less pressure in the hammer tank after the first shot than the dragon bought are great guns!! Have a great day!!
Wonder how fast the hammer will send a air bolt
Must be a dad, croc’s with socks. I do the same
Yup
Keith Warren took a water buffalo in Africa with one of the dragon claws
I'm surprised he didn't try it with 22LR first. Or maybe he did?
Dang saw the title and thought you got a new M82A1 to test some black, silver, and green/white tips. 😉
Has a Barrett m99 I believe or m95 video
I wonder if the heavier slug didn't deform much either and tumbled, thus the unexpected path through the jugs.
The raccoons probably be FX m3
👍👍
.300 blackout
I asked fish and game about it several years ago because it wasn't in the book they told me no. Since then they put information in the book about it and we still can't. I thought it would be a fun hunt though.
What state are you in?
@@WHOTEEWHO I live in New Hampshire .
Ah. That's why. Yuppie NE state 🤣.
@@WHOTEEWHO lol I'm not one my family has been here for a very long time. Well over 100 years probably closer to 200 years
Happened to me in Florida. Asked FWC a question via email after poring through the statutes. They answered me with a rule they made up on the fly, then added it to the regs in time for publication in the printed manual.
Why not send each bullet type from both rifles? That would be a more fare comparison would it not ?
They are not the exact same diameter barrel
I like the hammer. I have the air bow from umarex.
Awesome
Very impressed with both, was not expecting that at all. The Seneca has added bonus of different ammo but the umarex is similar to bullpup design with longer barrel advantage. Both will definitely get the job done but I would prefer the Seneca.
I believe Pennsylvania just passed the law to allow big game airgun hunting, can't wait!
It depends if I wanted to archery hunt or with a bullet
How come you don’t do a 2 for one thing , meaning shoot through the chro and hit the jugs with one slug , unless you’ve got plenty of 50 cal slugs .. I know they can’t be cheap .
Nice jaap
Thanks for watching
The hammer delivered way more energy. I think of you would have aimed higher you would have caught the hammer bullet in the exact same jug.
Yes. I think the hammer round ricocheted off the table.
Those ain't Ralphie's Red Rider bb gun
Shoot, thought maybe we'd see a .50 BMG...
Maybe put the 50 BMG in the next competition. 😂
I bought the dragon claw over the hammer. Then had the dragon claw upgraded by CAP. How I'm getting 450 foot pounds with 300 gran slugs!
💪💪
I’m guessing first gun is going through 5 and the second gun is gunna go through 6
Edit: dang I was close but awesome shootin 👍
Hey brother
Hey!
If just using slugs I got the hammer
💪💪
We all know the dragon claw can shoot the arrows good what about slugs anyone that has a dragon claw only uses the bolts
I use em both
I don't see any video
It is up
The hammer is really a .51 cal.
Should try the penetration tests at yardage that you believe game will be taken.
Dragon Claw 2 271 foot pounds
Umarex Hammer 621 foot pounds
