    Natutunan ko na lahat ng kinakain natin may sodium and Hindi maganda sa health Ang nasosobrahan dito. Less to no processed food and more fresh fruits and veggies. And always check the food label kung ilang percent ng sodium ito. 🤍🤍🤍

    Kapag mahilig pala sa masarsa at maalat na mga pagkain mahirap pababain ang heart rate, papa ko may high blood at nag me maintenance cya, kapag na naparami cya ng kain ng sardines, noodles, tuyo at iba pang delata na mataas sa sodium nahihilo cya at mataas ang blood pressure nya😢

    Kalokohan. Kailangan ng katawan ang sodium. Kailangan lang ang intake ng potassium because they balance each other.
