The Wearfitpro-app tells me that there is an update (1.14).
Somehow I am unable to download or install the update ("Download failed").
Suggestions?
Hi. This app is probably the worst one I have encountered since I bought my first smartwatch..
I think the best way to install the update - 1. reset the watch to the factory settings,
2. Delete the app
3. Download and reinstall the app and pair with the watch (exactly the same way as during the initial setup),
4. I talk the update (unless it’s been automatically updated/installed during the above process).
I can’t guarantee it will work 100% this way, but it would be the first thing I would do.

How can I use phone call feature.
I am unable to use phone call feature and it doesn't shows any notifications even though my phone received messages, notifications
hi. please check in your phone notifications settings, make sure these are enabled. Or bit more extreme solution - reset the watch and set it up from scratch, as a new device - during setup make siee you'll confirm all the requests and prompts. This should also solve the phone calls issue.
UNLESS - you got a different variant of the watch, which requires a separate bluetooth connection (effectively primary BT connection for general communication with the app - and secondary BT for calls only).
Does this watch have a sound option instead of vibration- I can’t seem to find the settings for it.
no it doesn't u can't increase or decrease sound
Does the iwo need to connect to a iphone like apple watch or is it just there
you'll need to connect the watch initially, to set it up (date & time, personalisation, profile, etc).
Once done, it could run for days on standalone mode.
However, all the sports/health stats will be cleared daily, as the watch hasnt got enough storage to keep it (technically, connect it with the app once, at the end of the day, to get your stats saved in your phone).
its been 2 days my iwo7pro does not reflect results of heart rate and all

hi. I can't double check as I gave this watch away not long ago. However, as far as I remember, there's a 2nd Bluetooth connection you need to turn ON - in the phone-bluetooth settings (something like s7pro calls).

Hi. Yes, you can replace the straps and these are exactly the same as Apple Watch 44mm (it’s 42/44/45mm size)

hello. I apologise for delayed reply. It looks to me as your watch may be faulty, the only solution - contact the seller, ask for a refund or replacement. It should be doable, as you only got it two days.

Hi, I can’t connect it to my iphone, the Bluetooth and Wearfit app says the watch is connected but none of the watch functions work, they always display no connection icon. Can you help?
hi, sure.
simply close the app, then get to the phone settings -> bluetooth - find your phone on the list - and tap 'forget network'.
Optionally, you may do a 'full reset' of your watch.
Now, make sure you got bluetooth turned ON in your phone - but DO NOT connect your watch here.
Instead, open the app and go to -> devices -> find your Watch S7 on the list and tap on it.
Once its connected, just confirm all the pairing and notification requests.
It should work like a charm now! if any trouble, let me know, I'll help.

no, it hasnt got wear os. it has a closed architecture and its own basic os.

The thing here is IWO have older versions 😉 when did Apple have a watch? Fr tho these watches are mass produced in a factory the Apple purchased this and also made it their own watch just like Xiaomi, Oppo and that IWO watch they only focus on replication of the apple watch software tho
I'm testing the clone version of series8 (HW8 Pro) - and to be honest, it's an average smartwatch but it looks great. The software is far from good. The biggest flaw is the companion app though. I literally hate it, because it display ads on every step, this is so annoying... I'll bring the full review of HW8 PRO soon, you'll see for yourself.

hi. make sure you got the sms notification turned on within the companion app.
however, if its 'on' and still doesnt push sms notification but des push everything else, i would suggest factory-reset of the watch and the set it up as a new watch.
What about social media an social messages
Hi. It hasn’t got the same functionality as Apple Watch, of course. I mean you can’t reply to social media messages, you can only view them on the watch.
You can see all the incoming notifications from the apps too.

Downside is the screen doesn't light up if you move your wrist you have to press or turn the button on the side 😒 - I returned mine.
I gave mine away, it’s just a cheap watch and I literally can’t stand this companion app. It’s Awful.

Hi. It doesn’t have airplane mode specifically - as it doesn’t connect with wifi and hasn’t got 4G/LTE connectivity - it has only bluetooth, so it’s “airplane safe”,

You can turn off Bluetooth for phone calls (it’s a secondary connection), but primary Bluetooth connection stays always on (this is for connecting with the app)
