Sigma 19mm F/2.8 Lens for Sony E-Mount

After uploading this video, I have noticed that the AF (autofocus) on this lens is pretty poor in video mode because it "shakes" the edges of the video. Other lenses and camera systems have what is called focus breathing, where the edges go in and out of focus, but this is a clear shaky result of the autofocus. The center of the video is fine, but the edges are definitely shaky. I would therefore not recommend this lens for video.

I bought this lens a month ago after watching your review, and I must say it is GREAT! It really takes the a6000 to another level above the 16-50mm (which will rest in my drawer from now on R.IP). Definitively worth it.

I have this lens for 2 monts ago and i'm very satisfed. I have a A6300 and this lens runs very smooth; dont like video, only photos; some of my cameras never are used for video.

I am torn on which lens to buy for my a6000. You make them all look amazing.
I returned this lens. During Video, with autofocus on, the video seams to focus breath. Not only does it focus breathes on the edges it also does in the center. For me it was a no go. It is great for taking photos, and using manual focus for video.
Love your reviews. Have you thought of doing a review on the E-mount Sigma Art series lens? I would be interested in seeing the 50mm f1.4
I have the old version of this one, I really like it, the angle of view actually is not strange, is a 28 mm on 35 mm cameras. the sony 28 is actually a best seller lens. I also use it on a7k :)

Ha, I love the squirrel chasing scene! The color rendition looks very nice outdoors. Indoors not so much.
