I love how atlas says that the Titan era was peaceful for humanity even though it was just as unfair and cruel for mankind as it was when Zeus took over. Athena was then planning to rule over after Zeus was killed. Even if we destroyed most of Greece and its people kratos was the only one who wasn’t trying to pass himself off as someone who could benefit mankind by ruling over them. He made be a violent murderer but he’s certainly humble.

Apparently, some fans cannot appreciate Zeus and Odin at the same time. Zeus is the crushing, majestic king. Odin is the cunning, manipulative ruler. Both are very different, yet incredibly dangerous and ruthless. I think they complete one another as Kratos' ennemies.
My problem with Odin is that he was presented too soon, you had like 5 games (if you count betrayal) before finally going against Zeus. Odin was introduced qnd k1lled the game after you just killed Baldur.

Titans are basically supernatural beings who can live for 1000s of years, and the greek gods are also supernatural beings that can live for 1000s of years. In greek mythology 'gods' are a construct of man, Zeus and other Olympians sought man out to be worshipped, praised, served and feared by man. I believe this is why they are Gods, to be master, and overseer to man.

Well, a good explanation is shape shifting. We know that at one point even Kratos could become a giant if he wanted and it was also a giant Zeus that destroyed Sparta in GOW 2. Kronos shrinks when he wishes to spend time with his wife but isn't hesitant to show his true self like he did to Rhea to get what he wants.
