    I’m trying to do this every day so remind me!
    Day one- ✅..I felt the pain in my but and my lip dips hurted at doing this I had a worse pain.
    Day two-✅
    Day 3-✅
    Day 4-✅
    Day 5-✅
    Day 6-✅i really see my but got a little change
    Day 7-✅
    Day 8-✅
    Day 9-✅
    Day 10-✅
    Day 11-✅•I see a little bit of change my hit dips got smaller and my but has little of change!
    Day 12-✅I totally see a change
    Day 13-✅
    Day 14-✅
    Day 15-✅
    Day 16-✅
    Day 17-✅
    Day 18-✅I literally saw a big change my hip dips disappear a little bit!

    Day 20-✅also I see a change totally better than day 1 but I still think u need to do this workout more days than 21 days so u can see a better change thank you!

    Btww ( I recognise gym) If u can go to the gym u could get more results but if u can’t it’s okay u can try to add some weights like a(bag or something that weights) That’s a good start btw I believe in u guys:)

    I won't be able to do this workout everyday, (due to school) but I'll try to do it whenever I can. I don't necessarily have hip dips but I figured that it might help get my hips bigger and prevent getting hip dips in the future. Anyways,
    Day one ✅ - I don't happen to notice a change but, I definitely felt the burn while doing it

    This was my absolute favorite workout to fill out my hips and bottom. Unfortunately, I noticed after I do the workout for around a month or so, my hips actually start to square off which I find very bizarre. Is there a way to avoid this in the future? I want to continue with your hip dip workouts because they had given me the biggest pay off. Thank you so much for everything you do :)

      If you gain muscles you need workouts at least 3 times a week and eat healthy food, eat your daily calories intake or 10-20% more
