I won't be able to do this workout everyday, (due to school) but I'll try to do it whenever I can. I don't necessarily have hip dips but I figured that it might help get my hips bigger and prevent getting hip dips in the future. Anyways,
Day one ✅ - I don't happen to notice a change but, I definitely felt the burn while doing it

This was my absolute favorite workout to fill out my hips and bottom. Unfortunately, I noticed after I do the workout for around a month or so, my hips actually start to square off which I find very bizarre. Is there a way to avoid this in the future? I want to continue with your hip dip workouts because they had given me the biggest pay off. Thank you so much for everything you do :)
