Good comparison my friend I have both revolvers and about four thousand rounds through each one, there's something about the heritage that Iike more,no doubt the wrangler feels more quality and solid but I shoot the heritage more accurately, tank you for making this videos cheers from wa. State. State.👍

Warm up in North Dakota is called July. Nice to see a North Dakotan on You Tube, and from the RRV I am guessing from seeing sugar beets from your videos

Nice comparison. I have a Rough Rider in my collection, a 6 3/4" convertible like yours, and have been very impressed with it's accuracy. I put 200lrs and 50 wmrs through it so far and it's still shooting very accurately and holding together well (no loose screws). Very nice gun for the price. Thinking about adding a Super Wrangler to my collection in the future.

Not bad, but you overlooked a few points...the rough rider has an indexing cylinder, you don't have to look for the chambers when loading/unloading...the 4 clicks on the rough rider hammer are just cool...before the 'super' Wrangler came out, the Wrangler didn't offer the magnum cylinder (who knows why it took years for Ruger to correct that)...agree the Wrangler is sturdier, and Ruger tends to offer better service...if the hammer spring on your rough rider breaks it can be replaced by you, as the rough rider lends itself to DIY gunsmithing (and there are plenty of videos showing how-to fixes for every aspect of the gun)...the super Wrangler is closing the sales gap, it becomes a matter of subjective choice for buyers...a few years ago we went with the rough rider, it has paid for itself, and we would buy another one...the important thought is every shooter should own one or the other, as Cheap plinking IS trigger time, although that is more fun on a warmer day...

I did actually cover some of those details like the 4 clicks on the RR in the separate reviews. Didn't want to make a super long vid since I was looking at two, lol. Just wanted to cover most of the basics, shootabilty , etc. And yes, I agree, it's way more fun on the warmer days. Thanks for the input!
