Know your Manipur Police Ranks !!

The general public is often confused with the rank structure of the Police Department. Hence, I thought it fit to bring out a video on the basic rank structure of our Police Department. This video should be able to give you an idea of the ranks structure so that in future you are not confused when you come across any one of them.
