I had the opportunity to interact with him once. Those days I think he was the SP of Imphal East. He welcomed me to his office and got my work done with ease. Real gentleman!

Sir clay khongsai is a very gentle and very kind educated person his sincer smile and word sharing will never go in vain but it will be more fruitful 4te generation of nxt Manipur a more better Manipur, thnk q so much sir

I don't know why many of our local people perspective goes like this; when one has a big/muscular body then only they consider as fit and the other one who always put a smile, looks fresh, smart etc they simple called them unfit though they develop plenty of exercise, skills and many fittness staff.
Dude.. doungel is on steroids but on the otherhand clay is natural as he comes.. no big muscles but very fit.

I have studied in Delhi University.....had some friends from India's Northeast.....I must admit that friends from Manipur Nagaland etc. were way more cool than our North Indian friends.... However being Haryanvi I respect both parts of our Nation.. 🙏💐
