    Cecille really has a good eye to see how things will look even before anything was done and she really did a great job because your house looks amazing. Your house is almost brand new and it has gone through a big change for the better. Soon you will have everything done on your house in Balanga. Then you can focus on your new place. There are things that I want to do to my house in Silang after getting ideas from your video. I need to eventually get a stove for the house but that can wait until I'm going to be there on a more permanent stay. I also want to get a grill for cooking outside. I can't wait to see more of the updates that you will do on your home and on your new property as I enjoy seeing your videos. Eventually I want to get solar panels and maybe even a wind generator for the times when it's the rainy season and not as much rain. It will be great to save money on the electricity bills as that money can be used on other things.

      The electrical costs there are just Stupid crazy High I have to have the Aircon on most of the time and Heww it gets super expensive in the summer Even if we use the same amount of KWH they always charge more in the summer time got to love it ONLY IN THE PHILIPPINES

    Hi Guys, nice progress in the 4 years in the house and Cecille's journey in the US. I'm just starting my journey on the K1 visa for my gf/fiance. I'm looking for a small property in the Philippines hopefully one day to retire in Philippines. I'm planning on staying in the US for another 5-10yrs then to the Philippines. Just wondering what some of the obstacles Cecille had to overcome or adjustments she had to make in the US. Thanks in advance!

    • @Marker44
      @Marker44  Před rokem +2

      Best of luck to you guys with your plans. Yes Cecile had to make some adjustments and overcome some obstacles. Missing family and food were both big adjustments for her. One big obstacle was her shyness. She has made great progress on all.

      @@Marker44 Thanks for the advice. Once K1 gets approved she be here for atleast 5-10years. Of ourse we'll visit year to year. Then decide to move to Philippines or not in 5 years time.

    Hello my friend I know you guys did some work on that house. I didn’t know you did that much work over the last four years it really looks good in 2025. Me and my wife will go back for a visit to the Philippines and we are want to buy some property to build our house for our retirement, which is about another eight years away maybe nine but I am thinking that maybe I will see if there’s any big nice houses like you bought and just spend more money fixing it up and re-doing the whole house instead of building from the ground up I don’t know we will talk. My wife me will sit down and look at her options, but thank you for the great video. Always great to see you guys. Take care Scott from Chicago.

    NICE JOB GUYS The house looks 100% better and modern I will be moving back to the Philippines Later this year I am tired of life here in California to many crazy people and gangs
    How did you get the chairs from the US to the Philippines ? Would it have been cheaper just to buy them in the Philippines or was it the quality of them that made you ship them
    GRAT JOB THE HOWS LOOKS GREAT

    • @Marker44
      @Marker44  Před rokem

      Thank you. Yes we just liked the chairs enough to send them. We shipped them in the box they came in from Lowes thru our balikbayan box shipping service. They can give us prices based on the box size if its not their box.
