    Love your information on St Augustin grass. Is there a way you can print a guide line of seasons when to apply the liquid. I am in southern Ca. That was a lot of info to digest. A helpful chart is like a recipe card. Keep up the good info.

      The chart would be different for where you are located. I am some videos on my channel similar to what you are asking.

    Hey Chad! Thanks for this info- how do you feel about their 6-18-0 growth booster? When would you apply this?

    Thanks Chadd - great stuff. What do you like to get rid of Dollar Weeds here in Jax? And when - how much time between the weed treatment and the fertilizer?

      I recommend Avenue South. I have some DIY lawn kits with this product of you are interested. You can email me at turforganics904@gmail.com
      It depends. I would say 2 weeks apart to play it safe.

    Hey Chadd, what would you reccomend for a granular, micronutrient blend product for the lawn? I agree with you that granular is WAY easier (you can leaf blow the grains back onto the lawn before watering in to prevent staining for ex.) but I don't see many granular micro-nutrient products. I have only found southern AGs Essential Micro Elements in 5lb bags really. tampa bay area

      @@bettercallchadd Man thank you so much for the detailed reply! Anything I should try to look for with low ph as well? I need to raise ph and add many micro's. It looks like alot of lawn nutrient products can help lower ph, so I plan on combatting my fert apps with fast acting lime from earth-science. But I have upper-range calcium values already haha

    Hi Chadd. What do you recommend for freshly planted St Augustine grass? It looks a little yellow. Thank you.

      If you apply anything, just humic acid and potassium for the first 30 days. After that, you can use a slow realse 15 0 15 on it. Be patient and give it lots of water.

    In Spring, how often do you apply fertilizer? I just applied in mid March. Should I wait for summer?

    • @bettercallchadd
      @bettercallchadd  Před 5 měsíci +1

      You should apply your spring application, then use summer fertilizer every 45 to 60 days after that.
