I love how this fight sounds like it is set to anime battle music.
The soundtrack is actually composed by Kenji Kawai, who has done works in anime such as Ghost in the Shell, Fate/Stay Night (Studio Deen ver.), and Mob Psycho 100. So the anime sound is correct.

If you slow down the video to 0.75 or 0.50 you can see that the table already has a crack in it at the exact same place it’s about to break. @2:18 Stil a AWESOME fight scene
Likely sawed in half exactly BEFORE the scene because a table that splits should not split so cleanly or evenly.
Then, there's probably some mechanism to release the halves or cause the halves to split.
The special effects teams on this sort of movies are experts to have been able to prepare a set like this.
