Al Green is my favorite singer in the world 🌎 He came to Woodlands Pavilion decades ago, along with the Isley Brothers. (My favorite Soul Group). I was ecstatic! Not shamed to say I'm a full grown man 45 years old now. Back then I was in my 20s But when he threw those roses before I new it, I found myself in competition with like 50 lady because I jumped as high as I could to catch one. Bro I didnt care what people thought 😆 🤣 I used to be obsessed with the music of Al Green, Prince and Stevie Wonder.
Every time he came in the area of Washington D.C. my older sister made sure I had a ticket.She is gone now but I thank her !
I was there. There is nothing in the world like an Al Green concert on a summer night at the Greek Theater in Los Angeles.
