    The fight with Weigraf is still - to this day - the fight that I compare all other difficult fights to.
    If you go into that fight without the knowledge or grinding needed. (i.e: Chameleon Robe, Leveling up Ninja, etc.) it is easily one of the hardest fights I have ever encountered in a video game.

      @@forrestredd2706 agreed man agreed. Especially when going in truly blind.
      This one catches people off guard for sure. So infamous for a reason before the Internet was mainstream and we just played games blind 💯💯🪄

    I may or may have not been running away in circles when fighting Weigraf. Don't remember the specifics but I do remember escaping from him lmao.
    And the fact that seeing that Gafgarion battle makes me remember how it took me a while to learn, I guess it's fair to say I fear Duels in general.

      The whole Focus and Tailwind strategy to increase your PA and speed is totally legit and a fine one I say in my opinion.
      And I don't blame you as most of these can be totally deceiving here lol

    Back on the PS1, when I was still a stupid kid, the way I would go about tackling the RamzavGaffgarion fight was having two Summoners assisting Ramza by softening up Gaffgarion with Shiva (I just really liked the SFX of that summon lol) the as soon as he took his first turn. Agrias and Mustadio were in charge of handling the Archers so they wouldnt kill my Summoners while they were still charging lol good times
    the Parivir job was one of my favorite new additions to the Tactics series. its like an evolution to the Samurai class. I hope it returns if there's ever a new FFT game

    • @J7Jase
      @J7Jase  Před 15 dny

      That is actually a cool and legit strategy to me lol.
      And yes the Shiva sound on PSX was just so damn heavenly to listen to.
      And yeah Parivir was awesome. They looked cool and their abilities were great. I love Iaido/Draw Out but don't like how MA determines their damage

    Regarding battles in A2 and advanced, the first time the battles are hard because you don’t know what bad the enemy can do and then you just have to roll back the save before this battle and come up with a plan to defeat them.

      @J7Jase  Před 14 dny

      To me that can be applied to any game or experience personally. Thanks

    My favorite strat for FFT duels is a lot like what you did in FFTA...I give Ramza Mana Font + Mana Shield, and so long as you keep moving, you can't die since you always end up with mana! XD

    Hello, Jasey ma man. Nice video! I defeated Wiegraf with ninja and knight ability. With two swords and break ability, you can do much things. First break his sword, then strength. I forgot if Velius minions can be destroyed easily with ninja/knight. Just breaking their magic attack with two swords would be good strategy if there is no others deadly attacks they have.

    • @J7Jase
      @J7Jase  Před 15 dny +1

      Hi thanks for the comment. There are many ways to tackle and defeat enemies so its an awesome way to play the game. As far as I know, how were you able to break his weapon at Riovanes?
      He has Safeguard/Maintenance on so that will protect his items from getting stolen or broken. Ninjas and Knights can especially if they can attack him while he is Charging and etc.

    FFTA duel against Llednar is hard if you’re unprepared and have a bad job. But besides that, I think nothing is as “hard” as Gafgarion or Wiegraf. Of course both can be a walk in the park for the pros but you know what I mean.
