Our opponents including most of the members in the house of peoples representatives are irrational to think and relate FANO and Amharas with former imperial regimes, with Derg regime, with invasion , with dictatorship and with all sorts of evil administration traits under bad governments or regimes. If they were literate and intellectual, they would not relate all evil traits with one nationality, the Amhara, They should have known that dictatorship is not genetically inherited trait. It was we the Amhara along with all other oppressed section of Ethiopians that made great sacrifice for the down fall of the imperial regime. Walelign Mekonen, Mengistu Neway, Germame Neway, Belay Zeleke etc were among top Amhara elites that lost their lives in their struggle with the imperial regime. Similarly Colonel Atnafu Abate , General Fenta Belay, and most of top elites that were killed by Col. Mengistu regime were Amhara in their nationality. On top of that most of the victims (specifically among those massacred by Red Terror campaign of Colonel Mengistu) were Amharas (refer dem yazel dosse ). All these show that we the Amhara people , like those our brother nationalities in Ethiopia have strong hate rate for dictators, racists, and invaders. There fore there is no way or justification for any body to relate such evil traits or style of administration with Amhara unless he or she is mentally sick as a result of the long process of demonetization against Amhara people by the forgone fascist TPLF led regime and the present day genocidal regime of Abiy Ahmed.

Fano is a worker(mostly farmer) who stand for his/her country when his/her country faced a problem. As a culture every Amhara has a responsibility to defended his country. That behavior give a lot of enemy /including colonialists/ for Amhara. King Minilik 2nd, Emperor Haile Selase, King Theodros 2nd are some of Ethiopian kings from Amhara people.
