dam system has a bad rap in PH because of the way our government handle it’s operations. it’s damaging.
but if they will do it properly, dam is one of the best thing that people learn. it’s benefits is amazing.
without corruption, a well designed dam will help the community not only in decades but hundreds of years. it also should help the environment.
