Does yours have sync? My 2008 ford edge has the phone button and microphones in the review mirror but it doesn't have "sync". It always just says no phone, i tried this but it still doesn't work. Does yours have "sync"?
When I press the phone button the console doesn't say no phone and it doesn't do anything. I also tried the media and aux buttons, none of them work, can you help me I have the same radio as you but it's a single cd changer. It's a 2016 F-450
When I try to download text messages in my 2009 Ford Edge from my iPhone 8 Plus, it says text messages unsupported. Do you know why? I can do everything else like music, phone calls, phone book. Just not text messaging.
I just screwed with this, check the fuse, It turned out that there wasn't a fuse in the slot, when I put one in, everything worked, bluetooth, voice commands, the phone menu, everything.
+raul arzola i was able to make it work via line in, but, i have to pick the phone to answer, the mic you said, its there, haha the only thing i wish i could do, is answer with the call button on the stereo haha, seems imposible, i tried also the media button on the steering wheel but, just changes between line in and radio am or fm

I have a 2010 Taurus with no SYNC just the phone button. At least your video helps figure out some kind of fix because nobody here knows what to do.

what about for a 2009 ford focus it only has the phone symbol on the radio .
