I ordered and i got duplicate product not getting on 2 nd time replacement also got defective product

You are using it in a wrong way. You just need to set timer and let the machine do things for you. The purpose of this is to automate everything and not for you to keep on pushing the flour manually. Also that is not a " wiper stick"😂 it's to test the flour.

Dont put overloads use before read the instruction manual one or two time's carefully then use the grinder dont use timer initially yu can try manually once
Vera ultra models lae podura alavu rice / ulundhu poda mudiyaathu. Same capacity 2 kg but holds less quantity.
I always use less quantity for good result

In the Panasonic you have Conical shaped stones or Cylindrical stones? I think Conical shaped stones are best. If Panasonic is good then I will go for Panasonic only as per your advice
@@rockstarcreations2053 hello sir good morning… I’m using Panasonic ,model number is MK-SW200 but it’s cylindrical stone . If you preferred conical stone go with ultra perfect plus . My mom using it (ultra perfect +) for 7 years and said good 👍🏼.

I never use the lid in panasonic . Instead of lid I Use one spoon to lock . My grinder model number is mk -gw200

@@sayirakannal I use one spoon to hold that lock instead of lid . So it’s easy to add dal or water as normal grinder
