I have this same model, but it is not grinding well . It is moving well but takes long time to grind and dal and rice still doesn’t grind fine. What could be the reason? Please make a video on troubleshooting.

Sir the motor is getting heat sir by that even the batter getting heat sir... I can't make a perfect batter sir... The urad dal is getting too late and I should make the dal perfect by putting my fingers into the drum... What is the solution for this problem sir...
It cannot be like that.call customer service and get it correct. For Urad dal ,it will take less than ten minutes and motor will not get heat. Lot of my friends and relatives using same model, all are very much satisfied.
Better to buy without timer because water adding in time during grinding is very important.otherwise motor will get heat very soon.without timer is failsafe

Cost limitation and weight is a major role. Even I bought without timer because of this reason. I think better motor protection with temp cutoff. And water is must like lubricant , otherwise it may damage the light weight stone in gear model also.

With in one and half years more than 3 times the timer display not working....not worthy product.... don't wast your money.... Amma grinder is more better than this.....frequently gives trouble.....buy with out timer.....
