I personally haven’t been subscribed to Ludwig for that long, I skip throughout some of his videos because I’m not into him just yet (but his thumbnails are good which I will admit has me deciding what to watch). On the contrary, I’ve been following Dream since 2019, and honestly any content that has Dream’s face will make me click it because he also has a very big fan base and most of us are Dream deprived so 😭😭
I would like more of these "CZcams thumbnail" like challenges it's really good to learn from for content creators plus it's entertaining
For the “where have I been the last 6 years” the first thing I thought of was a person looking puzzled and in text around them “married? Kids? Rich? Moved? California? Dead? Pets?” Etc, just a generic but over exaggerated thumbnail with a bunch of absurd short questions

Could somebody enlighten me on why SmallAnt's considered a "Thumbnail God". Genuine question. Like, I looked at his thumbnails and they honestly seem pretty run of the mill, nothing I'd click on, but I feels that's less to do with thumbnail ability, more to do with what I watch.

His thumbnails have a very similar style to Ludwig's regular thumbnails
It's just Ludwig exaggerating for viewers to be hyped
I think it's because of his high view count vs subscriber base, and that people base their thumbnails off his (the discord/twitter thumbnails was started by Smallant).
He makes believable thumbnails with a quick summary of what the content of the video without any exaggeration. What makes it good is when we don't have to see the title of the video because we already know it just from the thumbnail.
I prefer the editing Quack does on Big A's solo videos but Lud's editors have gotten the multi-stream multichannel collab videos editing down pat. Legit always interesting and smooth to watch and they have to watch so many long streams to do it. Props.
Being in chat while he tried to come up with a title and thumbnail for this video was hilarious. It actually all looks pretty good :)

I saw the stream last night and I just want to say that Lud, (if ur reading this), that ur AI idea is actually really good!
Tom Scott (who I believe u actually took inspiration from in ur dislikes count vid) has similar video titles that did really well. I’ve seen his vids about, I let an AI generate CZcams video ideas, in the recommended so many times and it seems genuinely appealing to general audiences.
U prob won’t see this anyways, but just wanted to say that ur idea was decent. Even if chat doesn’t have the brain cells to recognize it.

I use a chrome extension that actually hides thumbnails on youtube and just shows a frame from the video instead, I don't know how much this impacts my video decisions though. I was just annoyed with thumbnails often being too unrelated to actual content.

I think your Japan thumbnail was almost great. The background either needed to look more realistic, so that it could be mistaken for a real photo, or your silhouette had to be more visible. Maybe some stroke around you, just so that you pop out first.
Not only was I there during the stream and got to see their thumbnail Making process, I went to each channel and saw how they structured it into a video. It gives me a nice inside look at the work and creativeness that goes into being an online creator.

To answer your question Mr agren, the reason I clicked this video is because I'm the kind of gigachad that watches all three of you guys' videos after having already seen it live because I like seeing the differences in edits between the different channels everyone's got their own little additions and details it's kinda fun

At 14:06 I saw something really scary. Personally, this thing, called momo, when I first saw it, it traumatized me. I couldn’t sleep for months. Please next time put something, because this really affected me. I probably won’t be able to sleep for a while now.
This particular video is interesting because I noped out of the stream when he was doing this but as a CZcams video it's really entertaining. Some things are just best as a compact 20 minute video.
