I do a similar phenomena with drawing. I just let creation flow to draw an image that will later be chosen and revealed. One demonstration the volunteers picked from a bookshelf, others picked from the entire internet.

"clairvoyance, clairaudience, prophecy, spirit hunting (a psychic in a "haunted home" is using the channeling field to re-live the events in the home), the shuffling of tarot, or casting of runes" and i'm sure many other means of innate information field interface. Like those who do quick "automatic writing," as ghost medium Cindy Kaza does, when you speak quickly without consciously repeating what you hear because the ET "author" is rapid-fire selecting words while you are in this deeper trance state, you could call that "automatic speaking" as a term for that type of channeling.
