It’s fascinating to me, the needs of a woman vs a man in workouts. For best results, women should work out according to their hormone cycles (high intensity vs steady state and gentle) where men keep them pretty steady. I appreciate your wife working out with you and the encouragement it brings me that I can rock it too.
Also good to note that hers are modified for people who can’t do or aren’t at dans level. I have knee injuries so it’s nice to see her version so I can still do the set but also don’t tweek my knees.
