    Fabulous workout again, really enjoying the format of this series too! Great seeing Tiff proper involved making the workout more accessible for those who don't want to go all out like Dan. One thing I've always loved about all your workouts is that they're all 'full length', so a 30min workout means actually 'working out' for 30mins not 5min warm up & 5 min cooldown included. I know some would argue they're part of the workout but it's just my personal preference! ❤ x

    Wow, what a workout! It was posted 2 hrs ago so it even had that new workout smell! I thought the 40:20 format was too easy so I cut the rest to 10 seconds, for a 50:10 format. And then the side planks showed me the error of my ways: I welcomed the 20 second breaks after that. I'm exhausted. Thanks!

      If by 'tighten the body' you mean.Do they make you lean ?tgen yes. Goal of all high intensity workouts(HIIT) is to get your blood pumping and since it's a full body workout, it should tone your entire body.Combine this with a good nutrition.And you should be all set for the 'tightening.' 😉
