    Please note: PASSION FLOWER is a *depressant*. I was getting suicidal and thankfully realized it was the Passion Flower that I was drinking nightly. It DID help me to sleep, but the negative emotional side effects were awful. There should be a warning on all Passion Flower products. My experience, my opinion.

      So is valerian. I had a similar depressive reaction to Valerian.

      Passion flower is a MAO inhibitor, it increases levels of serotonine, dopamine, adrenaline in the brain. No idea why people think it helps with sleep, it decreases rem sleep in studies. Maybe it could help if you have low serotonine/dopamine levels, but if you're a healthy individual, it will just put your neurochemistry out of whack.

      I had anxiety depression. I do Rsistance Training, Cardio exercises and lots of Laugtger. I Pray and read Bible.
      JESUS filled me with lots of LOVES, JOY, PEACE, and STRENGTH.

      Jesus definitely cures my neck and back pain. My wife prayed for me in Jesus name and I felt heat and my back pain melted away and she prayed using Jesus’s name and again heat and melted away. Pain hasn’t returned. That was about a month ago. Jesus is the only way he’s alive to this day. The gospel is true. I will put my trust in Him.

    P5P (vitamin B6) in small doses has really helped me sleep deeper and wake up feeling refreshed. It also helps me dream, or at least remember my dreams.

    I take magnesium every night. Sometimes I add B1. Sometimes tryptophan and velvet bean.

    I use a CPAP machine, blinders, mouth guard, & sleep music....My sleep stack is: L-Tryptophan, Vitamin K-2/mk7, Magnesium Orotate, Fish Oil, L-Theanine, Glycine, & DHEA

    A (B complex ) has helped me tremendously, which I began taking to initially improve glucose process. I also feel Vitamin D is important..

      I drink lots of water and at a wellness check my Dr told me I was dehydrated 😳, my skin was super dry, my eye sight worsened. I looked into it and found a book called Quench. I’m finally getting results and it has helped so much.

    Hi, Dr. Sung, I found out that I have insomnia from histamine intolerance and probably oxalate, too. I took antibiotics that killed my DAO enzyme function. Following a strict diet works. How can I improve the DAO enzyme? Can you suggest supplements that I can order? Thank you!

    I’ve been taking 1-3mg of melatonin every night for a few years. Will I have any bad effects? I’ve slept a few nights without it within those years and I’ve been fine.
