I'm very conscious when I talk to doctors because of how many times I've been given generic advice that made things so much worse for me. A lot of times I do not feel cared for. This is why I really appreciate it when you explain things in detail. Your videos are very informational and soothing. Thank you. :)

If you want a relevant comment here's one: That is my experience also. I'm treated like a lab rat in a cage. Try a med and see what happens, and then try another if that gets rejected by the client. That way the doctor/researcher is doing his/her part to supply the Big Pharma and the Profit Driven Clinic the financial data they want. You're lucky they don't kill you sometimes.

Thank you for mentioning the RBC level vs blood levels- I had an intracellular magnesium deficiency resulting in a ton of terrible, debilitating symptoms. It was a naturopath who knew to test RBC levels- regular doctors I saw all just did blood tests and said my Mg levels were normal. Just to expand on this a bit for those who don't know how this works: Your body needs a specific level in your blood to maintain many life-sustaining functions, so when you blood levels drop, your body will begin to deplete the stores in your red blood cells to maintain plasma levels. So you can test normal for blood levels, while your intracellular levels are being dangerously depleted. Find a doctor/naturopath who knows about this- we did a buccal scrape (inside your cheeks) and sent it to a lab.

Vitally helpful info. Unfortunately many doctors are ignorant of the crucial role of magnesium despite the fact that 80% of the people are deficient.
I'm a big believer specially after I've read the book 'Magnesium Miracle' and saw the result on calming down my heart palpation, anxiety and blood pressure. In my experience MG citrate is the best. It has a high absorption rate and does not come with unwanted glucomate which may have dodgy effect on nervous system. The bonus is that the citrate helps kidneys against calcium based stones which are likely to occur as MG releases calcium residues (another beneficent factor of MG).

If you have warts or foot (plantar warts), take magnesium. They should disappear within a week! I assume that it is because magnesium has antiviral properties.
Years ago, a wart appeared on my face. I showed it to my work colleagues, I told them I was going to make it disappear within a few days. I took some magnesium (a liquid form you can buy in phials in France). Lo and behold, the wart disappeared in 3 days!!! Needless to say, my co-workers were amazed!

My 19 year old son checks every box for magnesium deficiency, which I have long suspected he has. Thank you for clarifying the different types of magnesium and the symptoms/issues each one is best for treating. I plan to purchase a quality magnesium supplement for him. Fingers crossed we see improvement in his symptoms.

I was recently diagnosed with Rhuematoid arthritis, and I've had several of these problems, but in my case right now is inflammation. So I take Magnesium, calcium and zinc supplement and most of my problems have either disappeared or have made subsided. I prefer more natural route to help with things verses a doctor shoving another pill at me, with horrible side effects. I have so much more energy especially.

As a Diabetic (Type 2) , I was taking a "Calming" MAGNESIUM Supplement : Mg Taurate, Mg Glycinate, Mg Malate. 150 mg. (36%) Daily.
I didn't see Taurate or Malate as part of Your Treatment. Are this Forms of MAGNESIUM Bad ? Or are this Forms of MAGNESIUM Made Up ???
Thank You For ALL that You Do DOCTOR ! 🙏

So when we dose up magnesium (or any nutrient for that matter) are those numbers for the elemental magnesium present in the supplements or for the percentage that gets absorbed!? Meaning, if we establish that we need/wanna take 400mg of magnesium, do we just look to get 400mg of elemental magnesium from the supplement whether it's glycinate, citrate, malate, ... or do we calculate the absorption percentage, if it's 42% absorption and we want the dose to be 400mg, we would need to take 400*100/42 which would be approximately 952mg of elemental magnesium from that particular supplement with 42% absorption!?
    Hope that makes sense! đŸ€Ș😁
    Thank you! đŸ™đŸ»

I have been using a multi-vitamin of Magnesium, Calcium and Zinc. The ingredient list for the magnesium says, in order, Magnesium Oxide, Magnesium Stearate and Magnesium Gluconate. Single dose (two tablets) contains 80mg of “magnesium”. So, which of these are from your list?
