    So glad you've done this video. I have a 2012 ultra limited and been looking for more of a solo bike for times I'm alone. These are the 2 I have been debating. Love the fairing on the lowrider, love the look with t bars, love the 114. Street Bob I love the speedometer and cluster, the 114 but kinda swayed away by the smaller tank. Something about it just seems to small for me. So for me I think I'm going with the lowrider. Thanks for the video!

      @kornklone Před rokem

      I'm the same way. I know lots of people have found ways to be ok with the smaller tank but I just cant. I love the older models of Street Bob and Fat Bob with larger tanks so ended up going with one of those instead. The gas tank is just not enough at all.

    The FatBob tank is 3.6 gallon and the StreetBob is 3.5 gallon. I prefer the inverted forks and cast wheels, but I like the stripped down look of the StreetBob. The LowRider gauges will probably end up fogging up. At around 50 M.P.G. range is aroung 150 miles before you better be getting gas. I love the white that comes on the new StreetBob. Good comparison video. It would be a hard decisionfor me too, but I would also probably choose the StreetBob.

    I went with a new Street Bob 107 in 2019, There was no LRS then but I was tempted by the standard Low Rider. The saving was good in the UK, even after fitting the pillion pad and pegs on the Street Bob. The Low Rider had dual seat and pegs then. I wanted the black bare bones look this time around, smaller tank is not a problem as I can go pretty much from one side of the country to the other on a tank, and I usually stop more often than that. much prefer the UK mounting of the registration plate that is central on the UK models. Thanks for the review and comparison, I've not ruled a LRS or a Fat Bob out if I trade in.

    I had the opportunity to test ride the 2021 LRS and Standard last year. The LRS was definitely faster and had better brakes but the Standard felt a lot more nimble and way more enjoyable to ride around town. However, i tried a FatBob 114 earlier this year and that was an extremely better experience than the LRS and Standard.

    I chose a street bob. Got mine new old stock from yall last year! She's a 2020 so it's a 107 but after riding both I honestly prefer the 107 to the 114 off the rip. The 114 has a BIT more power but it's only noticabke hopping from one to the other and it feels like it winds up where the 107 is more on tap. Chose it over the low rider because everything I would do to the bike would kill the point of the 3K uncharted other than the forks which don't bother me because I love the look anyways! Cheers, bud! Ride on.

    Just bought a 2022 Street Bob 114, coming from a 2020 Softail Standard which had a stage 1... I decided on a full system Cobra 909 2 into 2 for the new bike and that's it! Keeping it factory stock. Totally fed up with cleaning laced wheels and surface corrosion living by the coastline. An all blacked out bike with cast mag wheels = less upkeep/cleaning and more practicality with wheels/tires and possibility in puncture repairs.

    Looking into a second bike. Really considering a performance built sport glide. Moving to mids with the taller fat bob monoshock. Lots of other things in mind for that bike. Really love the clam shell bags and being able to ride it bare bones whenever I want. Would absolutely take the wind screen off and do another fairing.
    Right now I have a sportster 48. I’ve done Bassani pipes, s@s mini teardrop. Biltwell window bars, passenger set up w performance machine pegs and grips, burly sissy bar, Saddlemen custom step up, white walls, lay down plate, led blacked out lights all around, progressive 444 shocks, and 1 finger clutch and brake levers and shinko 777 white walls, fp3 tuner. Chrome drag specialties rectangle mirrors. Shocks, pipes, air intake, bars, mirrors all chrome. Grips, controls, levers, pegs, sissy bar all black. Done everything myself started this spring and this is where I’m at now. Only other thing I may do is a hammer performance 110HP kit

    I'm riding a 17 Road King and a 2004 Fatboy. If I were to pick one of the two in the vid I'd go with the street bob. I like the higher bars and the clean look of the digital panel. Nearly the same color as my road king too. The #1 emblem harkens back to a bad time in HD history for an old timer like me though. The pre-EVO days were gloomy! But I digress... The shotgun pipes bug me. I think some thin cobra pipes or a 2 into 1 would fix the clutter and leg burns of the high pipes. I put cobra drag pipes on my fatboy with a cobra controller and it was changed into a whole new bike. Billy goating twisty mountain roads with it in lower gears makes it sound like a 3 cylinder john deere diesel.

    The lowrider S wins me over every time, even if the Lowrider S had a 107 it’s build and lines are perfect. Couple tweaks and the bike itself is perfect for me. Tank comes into play on aesthetics and practicality, lots of 200+ mile hauls and usually crossing state lines. So greater range is a win, the way the tank visually flows with the bike seals the deal. Solid wheels are a plus in my book as well.

    My brother just bought the black Street Bob with the orange graphics about 2 weeks ago. He didn’t have his license yet and will be going through the class to get it any day now. So, he asked me to ride it home for him. Well, I did it... of course. 1 1/2 hours on it to his house. It’s a smooth fast and was great in the curves. I picked up quite a bit of speed compared to my Limited in the curves. Then, he liked his so much and his wife did too so she bought the orange one with the black graphics. I got to ride that one to their house 2 days later. I picked up even more speed in the curves. Loved it! The only time I have been on a Low Rider S is at demo days. You only usually get 8 to 10 miles on that. I liked it. But, I really like the price on the Street Bob. The gas tank size on the LRS is worth the entire difference in the price. LOL!

    Great comparison! I chose the Street Bob. Saved a few grand in cash, both look great, hell, what HD doesn't look great. Plus I find the vivid black so boring. I went with the same baja orange from your video. So far the only mods are grips, the HD sundowner seat, short sissy bar and backrest. Sundowner surprisingly looks great. A little thick on the passenger end, but from the side it looks great. The lack of dual disks hasn't even phased me, I came from a vrod with inverted forks and dual disk fronts. Hell, I think the SB is faster than the vrod! Turns better, carves corners better and has almost twice the torque over that vrod. No buyer remorse at all! Love my 21 Street Bob.

    Im looking for a first bike, just completed a rider course. Coming from dirt bikes, i loved the mid foot controls on the practice bikes and theres no way i could go to forward controls. I very quickly decided against the sportsters because my instructors were saying that i, specifically, would not like it and would be very bored very quickly. This led me to the bigger bikes with the 114, more specifically these two with the mid controls, and i dont want a bagger. All that being said, i would probably be completely happy with both. However, i found very quickly during the course following slow riders, when i want to go, i want the ability to go. Ive watched other videos and have come to the conclusion the bob is better for a more cruising oriented guy. Me, i want to cruise but i want to be able to throw the bike around a bit when i want to, and the stiffer suspension, (slightly) better brakes, and slightly more aggressive seat position is putting me on the lowrider. To reiterate, id be completely happy to just get out and ride on either one and would be fine, but the looks and more suitable performance on the lowrider has me sold

    My mother got the streetbob. I love that bike. Aftermarket seat, krator fairing, 6" riser with mx style bars, and slip ons. I hated the mid controls at first because I am a little over 6' tall, however that changed after long rides. My bike is a 97 dyna with 16" t bars and forward controls. Very comfy foot position for a tall guy. The mids on these bikes when I first tried it hurt my knees. I rode from mass, to central nh, to portland maine, all the way to stowe VT and back (weekend trip) and I ended up actually enjoying the mids after my knees got use to the position. Bung makes a crash bar and it makes the 2 different feeting positions really nice.
    I enjoy the digital display, I like the fact it can be relocated easily and its within view and I do not have to look straight down at the tank. (My dyna has been fitted with a much newer era dash but same concept with the speedo being on the tank like lowrider s). The brakes, even though single caliper, worked smoothly and very effective and I did not have any issues when going through twisty roads in the white mountains or in vermont. This bike makes me want to do an S&S evo 124" crate motor for my dyna.

    My first M8 was a Sport Glide and it makes me discover all the qualities of the new Softail platform, but it was not my style after riding 12 years on an EVO Heritage, so I swaped it witn a 107 Heritage, and I recovered my place on the bike, but the more I rode with it, the more I rediscovered my taste for riding a bit sportier, so I bought a 2020 Low Rider S and it was a shock for me, the 114 engine is so much better in the way it delivers its power and its torque, more inertia when revving up than older engines and I love that, but the model is a bit too sporty for me, I like the cool attitude of the Street Bob and now I am torn between this two bikes....
