Whatever Moog is paying her, there’s no way it’s enough. Best gear ad’s ever and not even close.
its entirely possible they pay her in synths given how many she seems to have
The mike dean ones are pretty dope too
@@SorchaSublime Exactly why I won't own a Moog, I will be on deaths bed by the time I learn how to play it. She knows every module, what every knob does and what all the patching means and when to use it. That's years of learning. Sadly I will tinker with analog but I do love presets too
She’s a top talent in the synthesizer realm
that ending! incredible as always, lisa :)
Oh hey Andrew lol WORK THAT JIBBY SON!
do you know her personally?
She always kills it!
It's one heckuva setup that's for sure. The new black look is sweet, but honestly just having the space to keep things setup and do things would be nice. One day.
Agreed.
that reverb tank smack on the grandmother FOR THE WIN!!! 🔥
SO EPIC, Moog, please, please, do a follow up breakdown series with Lisa Bella Donna, where she can break down her process into this amazing piece. Perhaps she could talk about her logic or motivations when making patches, her ideas about sound design, how she approached arrangements, etc. The slightest glimpse into her mind and her process would be greatly appreciated and I think would be an awesome video.
even though I will never see, much less touch all the amazing gear she uses it would be amazing to get a "rig rundown" of her process. The level of tech she effortlessly navigates is astounding.
I second all of this! I’ve been saying recently that I’d gladly be her “tea wallah” for life if she would teach me her ways🤓

Amazing and wonderful.
Greetings from Split/Croatia.
Deeply honored to be able to help bring her music to the world through our politer edition vinyl releases
Lisa you are simply fantastic - you won't believe how often I return to your videos for inspiration!
When Lisa slapped the table to excite the Grandmother's spring reverb💯
absolutely stunning. musically, artistically, technologically. thank you
Got damn LBD is a beast on synth/keys. I love her work out of all the modern synth players that do retro because she's a wizard on all levels. Such a rad Tangerine Dream/Jarre kinda inspired song but on a diff level! Nice work LBD.
Leave some cool for the rest of us Lisa! Wowsers.
Loving the Phrygian nod from 4:26 and the other modal shifts throughout.
Thank you Alex! You too are an infinite inspiration my friend! ❤️🎧
Wow! That plain black panel on the Dark Series Grandmother and Matriarch looks pretty cool, too.
At first i was like wth is that. Looks awesome
Honestly that’s what they should’ve done first. I hate how Grandmother looks but I love the way it sounds
NV _ME I’m sure someone will bring out a ‘skin’ sometime to transform the look of the original Grandmother . I personally like the colourful look of the original but appreciate when you have a large setup like Lisa’s, the black finish fits in better.
I personally love the colorful Matriarch, with each ‘unit’ being identifiable by color. I would still buy the colored one, but I already own it haha!! Black is a fun alternative though 👍 Easier to match with other gear. Moog is just a wonderful company! I hope they never struggle again, and stay a strong company constantly producing beautiful products :)
This might be Lisa’s best performance I’ve ever seen. 👏👏👏
I have watched this 20 times and every time I listen to something new and magical In The mix! Lisa my friend you are a genius
I feel the connection to the past, present and future. Much respect to Moog and Lisa Bella Donna. ❤
You need to release an album of just your improvisations like this, they are absolutely breathtaking performances and I would be happy throwing my money at you to own a copy
Go to her bandcamp page!
@@johnhubbell5951 albums for $10 apiece, I give her a bit more than that cause so amazing.
This is right up my street!
A synthetic sonic feast!
Imagine what she could do if she had more than 2 arms
And each hand had seven fingers... And her hair was snakes... wait, what are we doing?
@@rdean150 we need octalisa
Very cool! Especially like that opening J-M Jarre vibe. Then it just takes off.
The best nine and a half minutes of 2020 by a long way. Lisa, you continue to amaze and produce uplifting music.
love how much Lisa leans her energy into every single note and knob tweak (nice touch too the all-analog vibe w/the reel-to-reel)
Moog had me at Lisa Bella Donna... 🎹🎹☮️🔥
That is the sickest video of synthesizer madness ever.
This modular sound is unpredictable and majestic. Your performances are mesmerizing.
What an epic ending to an epic piece of sonic art!
The ending gave me the last part of "Karn Evil 9" and the beginning of "2112". Masterful work!
UGH! I want it all! LOL! Beautiful music, and that synth wall is just amazing!
Amazing! Absolutely amazing. You are the Goddess of frequencies. Thank you for clearing up my mind, again. Reality is in it rightful place again.
This is the quintessential synth music! An all round awesome delight of hypnotic endless layers of bleeps, arps and sequences with soaring epic and lush melodies. So good!
God I hope she releases these as songs, I love them so much
Reminded me of Alan Wilder starting @ 3:09. Love the bassline. Awesome as usual L.B. 😉
The semi-modular line of Moog gear in my opinion is their most exciting stuff in a looooong time. Look at that setup! When you see everything put together it’s quite impressive. For my $$ I’m in for this over the One or Subs any day. How can you be a synthesist, see all that, and not be in heaven? Lisa is just the best. She SELLS this product like no other. Inspiring in a way few others have been. I can’t stop watching this.
There are no words. Just WOW.
Up there with the best of Froese, Franke & Baumann!! Superb!!
I'm loving your sound Lisa Bella Donna. When you ever tire of your tools,...I'd love them.
Freaking fantastic!! That was actually a flight on a space ship!
That setup! Blows my tiny, little mind!!
Oh my! Very GOOD!
Eye wish Prince could see this..
Eye heard exactly what you said Lisa Bella Donna and it was beautiful! 🕶️💜💜💜
Wow, c'est malade, juste Maladeeeee!!!
Most amazing Live Synth Performance ever (especially with 14 synths synched!).
I just discovered you and your music today and now am binging as much of it as I can. Your music is awesome. It reminds me of when I was a teenager in the early '80s and obsessed with Vangelis and Jean Michel Jarre.
Your pieces are right up there with them talent and skill wise.
Now I need to find your CD's and order them.
Thank you for sharing this...and for your music and creativity.
This is what cool is. What is going on here is is just damn awesome. You want to hear it, you want to touch it, you want to be sitting there, and you want to be able to glide over that setup even if you don't know what to do
why only 86K views!!!? this is hauntingly beautiful and mesmerizing!
Looks so much better in black. Awesome performance!
NIce ! I bought a Mellotron after seeing your beautiful video.
This is the greatest sales video I've seen in a while. She's a genius.
Ok I’ve listened it for the third time but this one without watching the video because it’s so attractive I can’t be focus at 100% on the sound and................. EARGASM. I had a tear of happiness, that was even on another level than previously I even don’t know what to say it was too deep and powerful I really want to thank Moog and Lisa for this... Pure pleasure fucking pure pleasure...
Big salut from France 🙋♂️

Awesome, awesome awesome...Thank you Lisa Bella Donna !
Thank you. My high school days in the mid 70s were over-occupied with Arp 2600, minimoog, Robert Moog, Larry Fast and Synergy, and of course Keith Emerson. You are wonderful!!! I was smiling ear to ear! Blessings!

magnificient (as always) both the music and the new dress of the synths
I don't know if I already commented on this but this is genius stuff. Just love how Lisa brings her ideas to life through these beautiful Moog machines. I would love to see a video where she breaks down her workflow. This looks so overwhelming. Great work Lisa!

Dear Bella.
Absolutely beautiful.
I have been a Synthersizer fanatic for many years and this is Awesome.
6 minutes in and you started to play some of the most wonderful cords.

Speechless! Incredible hommage to the Berlin school.
This is just fantastic at every level. Writing , programming, performing and putting this equipment together. What a brain, what an artist.
Thanks for sharing this. Your music feels very "Berlin School" and very beautiful. I am impressed with how comfortable and skillful you are tweaking the dials to fine tune the sounds you are generating.
No modern player is making Moog as cool as you these days. Just epic.
Love you, Lisa !!
This is truly extraordinary. I am blown away with this performance and the sounds!
