May 11 Flight AC 544 was changed to AC1898 without any advisement from a regular aircraft to one of your crammed in seat Rouge aircraft - I entire flight was experienced with two knees poking me in the back because the passenger behind me was painfully squeezed into his Rouge crammed seat. This passenger behind me was absolutely livid at the bait and switch you decided to pull by choosing not to advise that your regular aircraft had been downgraded to a charter experience.
I also had a front of economy aisle seat carefully booked that had been knocked back without advisement to a window seat.
Surely you can do better than this when taking care of us your preferred frequent flyers? Also why do we get ignored for at least 3 weeks after sending in a complaint to your website? Your staff are quick to advise that this is where we need to go to lodge complaints or customer feedback and then there is no response.
