You can grab ones out of other items, you can try getting them off of amazon, or try getting them from a hardware store. You may have to play around with the words a little in order to get exactly what you're looking for.
I put a slightly bigger pulley on the motor shaft. I did this because the belt was a little bad. It kept falling off, and I didn't have any more spares at that size. So I upped the size of the pulley so it wouldn't fall off.

Probably put a bigger pulley on the motor
I forgot is the hard head the OG or plush head
The plush heads came first
