I got this as a birthday gift around 2-3 years ago, and surprisingly no gears have split in this yet. It is still running on all its original gears. I can't call this unopened though as I recently had to replace the belt in the arm raising mech. I know you can start to hear the gears splitting in both mechs, but for now it's still operating fine.

I found this at a thrift store for $8 a while ago. I didn't really think much of these at the time, but when I saw this at the store I began to like these more. And now I want to get the other variants too. This also didn't need any repairs and is still not close to breaking.
