Liking the videos so far, good and informative. I know you said this is a new channel for you though, so a couple of suggestions from a viewer standpoint are to maybe get a new mic as you're really hard to hear when you get going fast, and provide a summary on screen at the end. Especially for a comparison/upgrade video like this, an on screen shot of top speed at 48 volts single/dual vs top speed at 52 volts single dual would be really helpful.

Most any bike can go from 48 52 but it really ain't worth it it's not even a step up
I have this bike stock and it goes 35mph unlocked to unlock it you have to turn the bike off hold left brake for 10seconds turn it on and hold for and additional 10seconds then good to go
We like to test out of the box . I just tried this today and no change. Perhaps I did something wrong.

He's telling the truth because I was able to unlock my bike and make it go 35 mph that way 😮 it really works.... Keep in mind to turn on your bike first..then turn it off and hold brake for 10 seconds then turn bike back on and hold 10 seconds and let go . Then rest the speed .. Just be patient and glory to God...

I just got the s6 which is basically this but with 2 batteries and mag wheels with hydrolic rear shock. S8 people are my neighbors.

I have a Amyet v9-g60 and no matter what it will not go beyond a GPS 27mph. 24v-52v it is the same 27mph. But still decent bike for the price that's why I'm here checking out the higher models.
Go to settings tire size max to 50.00 & PO 8 & max to 100.00 will unlock 45+ mph have to same g60 now it Flys

Thanks for the update. I ordered an Amyet S8 about a week ago, was looking to buy a spare battery. I'm wondering if changing the voltage is really that important? I'll probably change it to 52V and then leave it and see if the 48V battery still works fine. Changing parameters every time would be a trivial annoyance, but I'm not about to fork out the dough for two 52V batteries lol. Thanks for the content, stay safe out there.
On 52v setting the 48v will show less charge on the screen. And once you get used to it .you can probably change settings as fast as changing the battery.
thnx for taking a risk on this battery and testing it out. so I'm guessing more torque and higher max speed? is it really noticeable? I haven't seen many videos on the S8. What's the other bike you got at the end? looks like some of the ones I been looking at on aliexpress.

Need new variable v controller and a 72 v battery use 72v when you wanna go fast 52V is not even a step up from 48v
If the bike hasn't got a BMS on it you can put a 60 volt battery on it & have some real fun❤
What’s a BMS and where would you get that size battery from
@marvjackson2347 Hi, BMS battery management system. It controls how much power can go to the motor, got my 60volt battery from amazon . Hope this helps

Yo how come the battery on your bike is a Ghost Cat but your link is for a Unit Pack Power? They both seem to have the same rail as what comes stock on the amyet so I guess either is fine I suppose?

Yes dual motor is a must have for hills or for extra power when needed.

Can you put a 60v battery on the Amyet s8?
Yes the controller would probably need swapped out. I doubt it would last long with 60v

Being dual battery having the one battery at 52 volt and the other not does that disable one battery or?

Could you feel the difference between the 48v and 52v??
Yes it has a slight difference. Slightly faster acceleration. And gained 1 mph faster top speed. It's an easy upgrade. Next upgrade would be the controller if you wanted to get more out of it.
After rewatching your original review this 52v battery definitely has more ass and acceleration....But a 60v battery I think could get you close to 40mph

Couldn't see the top speed and didnt hear, so what was the top speed?
32.5 it did 1.5mph better top speed and hill climbs with 52v battery. Acceleration seemed slightly improved as well. We do the same hills on all our videos
Video at 5:50 for top speed single motor. Same for dual
Just 32.5 mph on 52V? I'm able to go 33-34mph gps rated on a freshly charge on the stock 48V battery.

I just ordered my S8 and will get this as a second battery. The price has increased to $388 though. Any ideas on how to carry on the bike and switch out when the other battery runs low? I’ve also thought about adding a 2nd battery as well. Thanks for your videos.
