When we were both working OH made a cottage pie as a surprise dinner for me when I got home. And yes, he left the paper in with the meat, all nicely chopped up too! 😂

You can pressure cook minced beef, put on a stand and put water in the bottom cook for about 18 minutes
The mince was pressure cooked in this recipe

@ed4270 that's why I use sear saute first , ibrown the mince ,drain it then sauté onions etc , mince back in , liquid and PC

Did you drain any liquid from your meat sauce before layering
I did use a slotted spoon to take out the meat sauce
