Just one more reason why Texas is the greatest of all States. If only the other 49 states could/would honor their past heroes.

With the massive flood of people moving to Texas, I wish they would learn how important Texas is to natives.

They won’t, I know many, quite a few from you know where...Most never venture beyond the city limits of Houston, Dallas, Austin, etc...save for the airports to return to their home states. Several have told me point blank, it us their hope to turn Texas into a copy that West Coast dump (save for the climate and topography ), politically and ideologically. Now that the Austin City Council has voted for severe cuts in the Police Dept budget. If anyone has viewed the news over the last month, when these cuts are announced, you know what might be heading our way. I would not be shocked if the one of a kind cemetery is targeted.

Have loved cemetarys since I was a small child going to church with my grandparents! They were primitive baptists here in ga! Used to walk around looking at grave markers and wondering who those people were and what their lives were like! It's never left me, it is a calming place! Walk my hometown city cemetary as often as I can! Know quite a bit about many of them that died long before I ever took my first breath! One of the most sad things I ever see are the abandoned and unkempt cemetarys around the country! Sadly there's no family alive or living nearby to take care of them! From a grave marker here in the county: Remember Man as You Pass By, For as You Are So Once Was I, For As I Am So You Shall Be, Prepare For Death And Follow Me

Anyone moving to Texas should be required to take Texas history and wait 18 years until they voted

Lovely programme...so many Grave stones standing tall.... but one wonders how many will be raised in the 1st resurrection when Jesus returns? That's what we should be considering when we walk through any graveyard... Do we honour the Bible and the Lord.. And will we be raised to new life and heaven.

Austin Cemetery is the Texas Arlington Abbott, Cruz, and Perry will likely be burried in there.
