You can instead set aside time for meditation. By meditating, you will put your brain into a 'Theta' state - this is when your brain is most receptive to the reprogramming. So meditate for say 5-10 minutes and then listen to this track for as long as you wish to 🙏 With so much love, Jess 💓

listening to this & a deep rooted issue i had arose… my dad was an alcoholic & i always just wanted him to love me. i tried so hard to be perfect to be loved. but all along… i never needed to do anything to be loved. i was an innocent child… just being alive, i was to be endlessly loved… in relationships i kept trying to be perfect & chase men in order to be loved. & it was always so painful. Now i’m waking up to realize… I’ don’t have do anything to be loved. i don’t have to save anyone … i don’t have fo be perfect. I’m allowed to be loved for being my imperfect self. I’m christian and believe in God and this helps me so much to re write my deep rooted beliefs from child hood that have caused me to act certain ways into adulthood. This really is so helpful. I wish more people with mental health, anxiety, co dependent/ avoidant in relationships would come and heal themself but we’re all on our own Journey.

I needed this because I've been too obsessed on manifesting something and getting frustrated but I think I need to let go 💓
When u chase it it runs when u attract it comes... do your manifesting, meditate on it for 5 mins a day then let it go dont think about it
.. then it will come...but also feel the way u would if u already had it
Trust and it will come. Do things that make you feel as though it’s already done and follow your happiness (even if it doesn’t relate to your manifestation). If you didn’t deserve what you’re manifesting, your subconscious wouldn’t’ve made you want to manifest it. You are absolutely deserving of what you want.
Being human - and a fallible human being at that - I would suggest, if I may, just give yourself a break - “ I am doing the best I can, bumps in the road or disappointments happen, but they pass. Good for me. I am fortunate. Blessings to me”

This is perfect. In human design I am a generator. Our strategy is to respond, not to manifest/inform. When I try to manifest I get smacked down by the universe. When I let go, stoke my fire, do my yoga, journal, focus, take deep care of myself everything comes to me.

Yes, surrendering feels like self trust the more i trust and learn how to love myself I learned I'm a walking support system for others and myself. No one ever said that. I was told life is perfect and I need to be present in life. I'm trying and afraid of pain mgmt appointment I'm attracting health not addiction. I asked for ablation procedures for pain. Please pray for me I told them im at risk for alcoholism again. I can't let my inner child drink over family or pain. I'm... learning to trust the flow of life and be more ok with changes. I need to let go with life of places that aren't good fir me. I walk so closely here tjen i learned self validation and not having to control or know. I love listening without judgement, without ego, without sedatives, without alcohol. I learned here I have all the best things in life as I allow my mind and heart to receive joy.

4 mins into the video and I couldn't stop crying. Universe/God/whatever has been giving me so many heartbreaking moments. I couldn't trust universe or people or even myself. Hope this will give me the guts to trust universe again even if I go through tough situations and even if ONLY bad things happen to me....at least that way I'll keep going.. Now I'm stuck and couldn't move anyway.
