Listened to the whole thing plus 2 other videos. I don't have to wish and hope because we need to have the mentality that WE ARE EXACTLY what we're "trying" to manifest! I haven't felt myself lately since certain things happened. I've been struggling with myself. My inner peace and happiness and sense of self worth have greatly been effected by lifes tramplings and traumas. But I'm finding a new way. A better way. Atleast I realize that I cannot sulk in my own sorrow. So I'll give this a try..healing my heart through frequency. See if it helps diminish my anguish and resentment and sorrow for all of those who I've lost. God knows how much I love and miss them.
