I am still using the solfeggio frequencies . i have tried quite a few now . They are so helpful to me . I am 81 years old now and still enjoying life . I am in France on holiday . This may sound crazy to some but I found about about the healing properties of frequencies through some type of consciousness I met during a dmt trip. For all I know it was my own consciousness telling me, or maybe it's both since it's all connected. But I had no knowledge of any of this before and began to research it after. My uncle had Parkinson
My father is very handy and made a cap for my uncle to wear which had red led lights on the under side running off a small battery
He wore it for a hour a day when sitting down and it helped relieve symptoms very simple.he has made one or two others at the request of a local Parkinson foundation.

He needs to do smoothies, greens, beetroot, blueberries, walnuts if he is not allergic to nuts...Coconut water for potassium, iron and electrolytes...

This was the first sound/ frequency healing video I stumbled across, and after a deep dive down the CZcams rabbit hole and listening to TONS of these meditative/healing/frequency/sound videos (and there’s a LOT of them), I keep coming back to this one. I think it’s by far the most beneficial and relaxing. Sometimes the universe just knows what you need and leads you to the right place/thing at the right time. 🥰 I’m grateful to add this “tool” to my spiritual tool box. I don’t listen to it daily, but when my usual routine of prayer& meditation isn’t enough, or I’m not feeling well physically, or I’m struggling with something particularly difficult, adding this really helps. Whether it’s just playing in the background while I’m going about my day, or while I’m being still and zenning out, I notice a difference in my attitude and how I feel. Pain is temporary. You have felt well and wellness will become you again. Keep those boundaries strong and love like your life depends on it.
Every atom, cell, planet, dimension, being, emotion, thought, etc. everything is a frequency , a vibration. The UniVERSE is one big symphony of frequencies/sound. And at the center is complete stillness, the point were every frequency comes together and cancel each other out hence the stillness (although its infinite potential because every frequency is in there) Maybe one day we will rediscover the lost art of making matter out of singing the right frequencies. I once saw and felt myself as vibration, realizing we all just project ourselves into this material plane and our home are higher dimensions with frequencies so high we can't imagine or hear them. That’s one of my major stresses my sons father, he’s very very damaged from his childhood, his toxic ways all stem from this, long and short of it, it’s been so tough as well as bringing my beautiful son up, who is an absolute angel... I have had the life sucked out of me the past 12 years, I had zero energy I was lost, isolated away from friends and fam as I didn’t want them to see me in this way, but there’s a positive I learned a lot about myself during this time, just confirmation I wasn’t going mad, doing lots of shadow work, and releasing lots of pent up negativite emotions from past.. but now Im on the path finally to heal from this pain, these meditations have really helped me too.. Went into a deep theta wave trance, and connected to what seemed like a higher realm or dimension where I was floating through a massive hall made of cathedral ceilings with marble-like stone, white light and crystalline ornamentation. The energy of this world felt Pleiadian to me.
