When you practice gratitude, you raise your personal vibration to 540 megahertz. This vibrational frequency is the highest to be in. Practicing gratitude also makes your brain release dopamine and serotonin, which again boosts the overall health of your mental, emotional, and physical body.

Become fully present with your breath.
Inhale & exhale fully three times.
Let your breath anchor you in your body and heart space.
Bring your attention to the center of your chest.
Caress your heart with loving attention.
Affirm: I am Loved. I am lovable. I am love.
Now use your hands and place them on every part of your body, and say "I love you".
Move throughout your entire body and intuitively feel wat areas that need the most focus. Stay there for a moment as you send it love.
Tell your body how much you love it. How much you are grateful for all the things that it has done for you, how much you truly love that part of your body.
Visualize the heart energy moving through your body until every cell is filled with your love.
Allow yourself to build up joy, anticipation, and love.
Do this for as long as it feels needed in one session. Repeat for 21 days for astonishing results.💗

Didn't feel relaxing meditation, made me feel more anxious
no worries. that response tells oneself, they are transmutation contraction within the body. one can choose to transmute or stay with the contraction. no right or wrong. infinite showing you its there if you want to return it too pure love.. ... i have always loved it when I am shown.. and being a person who does not like to do things hard way... action stuff when it comes.. transmutation is a big word in my world. it simply means breathe, and hold ones focus in the heart region, in love (rather than allow your mind to focus on the emotional respnkse e.g. anxiety..). said simple observe rather than absorb, is simple lingo for transmutaiton. hope it helps. If it does not, please feel free to ignore. You always know what is best for you.
