When I first listened to this the next day I woke up after having such a beautiful dream. I felt peaceful and In the dream I saw a bunch of beautiful butterflies and the whole place where I was standing in the dream was a beautiful garden.
I have listened to this 2 times before falling asleep, and each time I did I had a dream where I either had metaphorical representations of something that distressed me or re-experienced a traumatic event. I read that therapy is about getting one to re-live a traumatic event and then to release the emotion, so this must be my brain's way of trying to heal my emotional body.
Yes having unsettling dreams, especially at the beginning of listening to these Reprogram Your Mind While You Sleep tracks, is very normal. This is part of the healing process. If you can imagine that your brain has had a certain set of thoughts settled there for so long and now you are shaking them up. You are unsettling them, you are sorting through the negative thoughts and releasing them. You are replacing them with new, positive thoughts. This is part of healing process and necessary to reprogram your mind for the better. It is therefore very normal for some negative images/thoughts/feelings to come through in your dreams as you release them. Trust the process my friend. You are safe and all is well. Thank you for this. I will listen to it before I go to sleep. I just understood that my problem in life is not my tinnitus but my need to control everything and the need to deny that this sound is on my ears. I want to let go all of this anxiety, fear and sadness. Even if the sound doesnโt go away , i want to surrender and let go these feelings and accept myself as I am. Tinnitus will not hurt me is just my body screaming for help :)

I wish I have the soothing voice inside myself like reprogramming my mind I am so hard on myself I feel my worst enemy I love your videos ๐ sometimes I pray God why donโt you give my life to someone else sometimes I feel hopeless like no matter how many affirmations I listen even though they are truly beautiful they donโt penetrate inside of me itโs like the self loathing is so powerful I donโt know what else to do even though after almost 40 years in therapy but this helps me somehow however I donโt see the light right now Iโm

I had the most unexplainable dream while listening to this video. I was sitting down with my girlfriend and then i felt fear towards her. There was something i was trying to find out about her in real life wich built up some distrust inside of me. Them she looked me in the eyes.I became afraid of them because they changed in shape. I asked her what was up with her eyes and she looked at me disappointed and said: โyou need to let go of having to knowโ
This woke me up and the same sentence repeated itsself in the video. I still have fckin goosebumps i cant even explain.
