This is perfect. I have had a major realization I have to get away from my family and until I can, I have to stop giving any stock to what they say. Let me tell you! I've been so inconsistent with this! I believe this is my third night with this on! I dreamed about a past life that I had, (and not on this earth, that's another story) but I seen what I went through before I died and then dying. I was in so much fear. I live my daily life with Anxiety. In the dream I was so scared. But I remembered for some reason (I felt like I was reminded tho) I was only an observer so and I asked why was I seeing this? And faced it and seen my death as me and woke up before I felt and pain. Fear is was my blockage that needed to be removed! Man! I woke up saying "Holy Cow"😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 but I'm definitely thankful. I felt at peace after and still do, definitely more relaxed.

Hi Mya, thank you for your comment! You need to listen to this track while your brain is in a 'Theta' state, which basically means when your brain is in that sleepy state as you fall asleep and as you are just waking up in the morning. Most people just listen to it for the first hour or 2 of sleeping and then again as they are waking up. That is when your brain is most receptive to the reprogramming. However, many of us (including me) listen to them more often than that e.g. when going for a walk, taking a bath, cooking dinner, as we get ready in the morning. It's up to you - the more the better! In terms of how often you should listen to the affirmations, everyone is different! Some people find it beneficial to do it daily, for others weekly or monthly works perfectly for them. I like to listen personally during the day :-) The fact that your mother tongue is French is not a problem - so long as you understand English and the words have meaning, then the reprogramming will successfully take place. I love these videos & question, what is the difference between the reprogram your mind video & the other one? What do they do differently?
The one with 'You Are' in the title is ideal for those wanting to feel as though SOMEONE ELSE is telling them how special they are, how worthy they are etc. The 'I Am' (This track) allows them to OWN the affirmation and affirm it into their manifested reality. Everyone is individual and tends to have a preference for hearing these affirmations in the 'You Are' or 'I Am' format which is why I have created both versions of all my Reprogram Your Mind tracks. This may well vary from track to track e.g. you may like hearing Self Love affirmations in the 'I Am' format, but prefer Wealth affirmations in the 'You Are' format. I listened to this last night after turning down a position that paid lower than I was expecting. During the night I had so many unsettling dreams. I kept jumping out of my sleep throughout the night. Is this normal? I even saw in 1 of those dreams where the company called to offer me a higher paying position. Could it be that this will happen?
Having unsettling dreams, especially at the beginning of listening to these Reprogram Your Mind While You Sleep tracks, is very normal. This is part of the healing process. If you can imagine that your brain has had a certain set of thoughts settled there for so long and now you are shaking them up. You are unsettling them, you are sorting through the negative thoughts and releasing them. You are replacing them with new, positive thoughts.
