You are incorect reagarding Transunion. I cannot find how to open an account without paying a monthly fee.

I was able to create a free account by following the "Freeze your credit tab". it will take you to the freeze page and you'll be able to create the free account.

no, its there. you have to go to services and click on the freeze credit under “free”.
