Harvard changed my life.
Before Harvard, I had a constant feeling that I wasn't enough. I grew up below the poverty line, and my father dropped out of school after the 7th grade.
I was always ashmed of my youth keeping it a secret from everyone, and one day walking from Kirkland to the yard it hit me like a bolt of l ightning that I had made it.
I knew deep down that I never needed to be ashamed of my story again. It was one of overcoming obstacles rather than being from a rural coalmining community that had been written off.
From that day on, I have had a quiet confidence. I don't need to be the best. I don't need to be rich. I don't need to prove myself. I just want to be thankful for the life I have and be kind to others who are still struggling to find their own peace.

I don’t know if this is the proper comparison, but this is like Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide. Only it’s not school anymore, it’s life pretty much. However just like I got excited when I was able to watch an episode of Ned, it is nice to get a new video occasionally, but this is better cause you get to see real-life experiences and self-reflections of a smart, attractive woman *wink, wink* HAHAH. I've been following you since I was like 15, and it’s funny cause as I grow, I get to understand some of the topics in your old videos, and as time passes, I get another nice video on some topics like depression, relationships, friends, college from someone who has experienced similar struggles. It’s a pleasure to watch your content. Keep posting.

Every Ivy League grad has a different opinion but you had the guts to pursue something offbeat so you would have a better opinion on this
